The Salary Report I cite throughout is She Drew That's Salary Report - definitely follow SDT! They are brilliant.

Hello lovely animators and welcome to a brand new year!
Our first episode of 2023 starts as we mean to go on - with a heavy, gribbly subject! Ewww!
Rejection is part and parcel of being an animator - but WHY IS IT SO EMBARRASING! Why does it hurt so much?
Why does it happen? What can you do about it? What can you do with all the FEELINGS?!
Being rejected is not nice, but there is a lot of room for growth. In this episode Dani spills all on a recent, extremely-unwanted rejection and how it spurred a lot of introspection. We also chat about setting goals, a theme for the year and being nice to work with!
Here's a link to a youtube vid all about choosing a theme for the year instead of a Resolution List: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVGuFdX5guE&t=1s&ab_channel=CGPGrey
And HUGE thank you to James Keeble, the best Sound Guy we know, for A) making us sound good and B) adding a cheeky bit of Reverb when needed! http://www.jameskeeble.co.uk/
