Welcome back to our podcast and this month’s tip may sound simple and basic, but it may not be so easy to apply since our brains get in the way.
You basically just go ahead and treat yourself to something nice or doing something that you love doing. Sometimes, time constraints or financial issues or even just life in general can get in the way of doing the things we want to do and stop us from bringing simple joys into our lives.
Sometimes, we also feel guilty for treating ourselves when whatever we’re getting or doing actually brings us so much happiness.
Whether it be getting a nice mani-pedi or painting or enjoying a nice cup of matcha at a brand new café, go ahead and do something nice for yourself. It will only raise your vibrational energy. And that is key in manifestation afterall. -
After our unexpected hiatus of last week, we are back with another episode where we share with you our book pick of the month.
We talk about a very short read by Eric John Campbell called “A manual for manifesting your dream life”. If you’re looking for a concise book containing the basic principles of manifestation, this is a book for you.
For us, it was a good reminder of things that we have forgotten along the way and it was a refresher on what we have learned in the past. In this episode, we share some of the excerpts that we resonated with and what they mean to us. It was just nice to revisit certain thoughts and ideas.

Episode 73 – Tip of the Month: Dream Out LoudThis month’s tip is a fun one to do.
Have you ever had a random thought about a possibility and speak out to a close friend? For example, have you ever said something along the lines of “Wouldn’t it be cool if _______ happened?” and it sounds super farfetched or crazy and almost like it could never happen but in that specific moment, it feels like it can? And then your friend chimes in and continues to build on this idea until it becomes a huge imaginary world that you both believe in?
This is what dreaming out loud is. You’re basically speaking what you want and sharing it with someone in the process. This amplifies the idea and therefore the vibes around it. You both start becoming a magnet in attracting what you want even if it’s the craziest idea possible. It’s important that you have someone that won’t limit your thoughts or that would censor you though. It’s basically the same process as scripting, just saying it out lout and sharing it with another person. You end up feeding off of each other’s excitement and happiness, creating the perfect environment for manifesting.
In this episode, you’ll hear us talk about specific times where we imagined our lives a certain way and where we let ourselves dream. You’ll hear how pumped up we are and how it can actually come into reality without even really meaning too! -
Welcome to the month of February and therefore a new manifestation story!
On this episode, Marine shares how she got a nannying job. She elaborates on why she wanted to babysit or be a nanny, how the idea came to be and how it manifested into her life in the first place.
It’s always fun when things work out better than you think.

If you follow us religiously, you’ll remember that last month we had skipped the book of the month because we weren’t able to finish the book on time. Now that we have… introducing Will by Will Smith for today’s episode!
We had picked up this book thinking that it would provide us with more manifestation tidbits or inspirational nuggets through the eyes of Will Smith. It doesn’t showcase these topics as much as we thought, but it still has some valuable takeaways.
It is first and foremost a kind of autobiography. You’ll discover a lot of things about the actor’s life that I’m sure you’ll be surprised to know. You’ll read about his childhood and where he grew up, his first steps into fame through his rapping career, his ultimate rise to fame with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the peak of his movie acting career, as well as his family, Jada and his kids, and his thoughts and insights on different subjects.
It's interesting to read about his journeywith all the ups and downs and everything in between.
Dive on right in! -
Today’s episode is all about who inspires us. We each talk about two people that we look up to and admire from afar.
There is something profound and deep when you look closely at the qualities and sides that inspire us within others. It usually indicates that those qualities are within you and are just dormant and what calls you in others is pointing to something beautiful within your own self.
Hopefully this episode enables you to look at things in a deeper way and through a different lens.

Welcome to our first episode of 2022!
On today’s episode, Rachelle talks about a couple of yoga gigs that had come her way and in such a short time after her recent dismissal at a yoga studio. If you’ve listened to one of our recent sharing episodes, you’ll remember that she was abruptly let go at a hot yoga studio and that it had left her feeling like a failure and made her question her abilities as a teacher.
This episode will show you that there are possibilities around every corner and that the low moments to not define you.
We hope you find inspiration in this one.

For this month's book pick, we read Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert.
This book is all about getting in tune with your creativity. Not only how to cultivate it, but also how to nurture it and create a loving relationship with yourself and your craft.
Such a refreshing read and Elizabeth Gilbert has such an interesting perspective on many concepts.
This book will give you permission to create and maybe find sides of yourself that you haven't explored.
We really loved this book and we hope you do too!

This week’s discussion stems out of something that happened to Rachelle regarding one of her yoga gigs. It bummed her out and she thought she should share her thoughts on the situation in the hopes that others could relate to the feeling of failing at something.
There’s always a silver lining to bad things that happen to us.

This month's tip is journaling. We're sure you've all heard about it before what with the all too familiar "Dear Diary..."
Journaling is a great way to write your thoughts down and have them all out in the open in front of you. Sometimes, our emotions and feelings get us overwhelmed and it can help to release some of that pent up tension and energy by putting them out on paper. It also helps to make sense of what's going on inside of you. It's like taking your thoughts and putting them in a box for safe keeping. By creating some mind space, you create space for better thoughts and therefore better things.

Welcome to a fresh new month and for once, we actually don’t have any stories to share with you all. We wish we did, but it has been a pretty uneventful month for the both of us. We’ve had little manifestations here and there, but if we were to share those, the episode would be 5 mins long haha.
We therefore chose to turn this episode into a discussion on why we haven’t been manifesting yet. Is it because what we want just needs time and we’re being impatient? Or is it because wefeel out of alignment and have lost our touch? Or is it something we haven’t quite put our finger on yet…
We explore all the facets as to why we don’t have anything new to share and are in a kind of… manifestation rut.

We are talking about a newer release on this episode and it is called Feeding the Soul by @iamtabithabrown. You might know Tabitha from IG or her YouTube channel. She’s an actress, a vegan with lots of recipes to share and now a New York Times Bestselling author.
In this book, she shares all her manifestation wisdom through her own personal life experiences with little anecdotes from her past. Her tone is warm and comforting similar to how we imagine Southerners hosting a big family dinner on a Sunday night. Even if she doesn’t use the typical manifestation lingo, what she shares is essentially how she’s manifested the life she has now and what she has learned along the way.
This book will feed your soul and make your heart sing. You’ll even get a few yummy recipes to try along the way as well.

This week we’re talking about an emotion that none of us like feeling for many different reasons. Hellooooo jealousy!
The jealousy we’re talking about isn’t the one where it goes into revenge mode. We’re talking about the jealousy that triggers us and where we don’t act on our “mean” or “bad” thoughts. Let’s face it, we all have those thoughts. “I’m so jelly of her shoes! I wish I could have her body! She’s so lucky she has that lifestyle and travels everywhere!”
Would you believe that there’s a positive side to this awful feeling though? Jealousy actually points out our truest desires. We don’t get triggered by the things we don’t want. Pay attention to your thoughts when you start spiraling into hate speech about someone who has what all these amazing things. Those amazing things are available to you too and jealousy is just helping by pointing them out to you.

Introducing this month’s tip: making a future gratitude list. It is very similar to doing a regular gratitude list except that you are grateful for things that you desire and that haven’t manifested in your life yet.
You can have both lists separate, but we find that it is easier to channel the feeling of gratefulness by starting off with a few things that you are currently grateful for and then tacking on all the future ones to them. We find that the buildup from being grateful for the things you have now creates an easy bridge for the future ones. And being grateful is one of the core principles of manifestation. By being thankful, you are calling more into your life.
Tune in now to get more details on this simple but powerful tool xx

We’re starting this month off with some travel inspo for you all. Marine shares her trip down south to Cabo in Mexico and Rachelle talks about her trip to the West Coast of Canada in Vancouver, BC. And once again, it’s all about letting go of the reins and learning about not being attached to the outcomes so we’re open to all of the possibilities.
Easier said than done, but let’s dive right into it xx

After a little break last week, we’re back with another book pick.
This month, we’re sharing our thoughts on a Dr. Joe Dispenza book called Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. If you like the spiritual realm and also enjoy understanding things through concrete and logical principles, you will enjoy this read. Dispenza breaks down the science behind meditation and the woowoo principles behind manifesting and becoming someone who has all the things you desire. He is an avid meditator and uses meditation as the number one tool to achieve what you long for. The book ends with a step by step guide to one of his versions of meditation.
We highly recommend this book if you like understanding the vague nontangible notions of the Law of Attraction through scientific explanations and theories.

This week's discussion is a topic that came to Marine's mind while listening to a podcast. The guest on the show was talking about how he took time not only reading through a book but applying what he was learning as he went. If there was something pertinent, he would spend a certain amount of time on it to fully assimilate what he was learning.
This prompted a hard truth about how both of us get wrapped up in the excitement of learning and finishing something new but then "forgetting" to apply what we've discovered.
Dive in with us while we share our own personal deep dive into the subject. - Visa fler
