James & Martin are two Brits who grew up in North London. Now, years later find themselves stuck living next door to each other in North Hollywood. Having had varying degrees of success in the film and television industry, the bitter pair will share their experiences of what it’s like being a foreigner living and working in Tinsel Town. They'll be interviewing more successful notables and discussing everything from fish and chips to things that just utterly wind them up.
Welcome to The Wrong Side of Hollywood.

Sam and Boris love films, books, TV, music and every form of culture you can name. The thing is that Sam has seemingly seen and experienced way more of it. Every time Sam finds out that Boris has no idea about a piece of media Sam thinks everyone knows about, Sam simply cannot contain his amazement. The two of them have decided to share (in podcast form) their journeys through and encounters with culture that one or both of them may be unfamiliar with. Their adventures will consist of discussion, analysis, trivia and reconsidering what really makes a piece of media culturally significant. You can look forward to hearing examples of their unorthodox senses of humour, love of completely useless information and capacity to deliver endless hot takes. To paraphrase Darth Vader - "They would be honoured if you would join them..." (hopefully that's one they've both seen).

Join hosts Rebecca Mahoney and Alex Brown on a quest to discover what the horror genre does well, where it falters, and where it can do much, much better. As people who genuinely love horror, and believe in the huge amount of potential that the genre has, we'll analyze a new movie in each episode, flailing over the things we loved, and pointing out the things we didn't. If you like what they have to say, check out The Bridge, their audio drama about life in the middle of a bridge that spans the entire Atlantic Ocean. It's filled with eldritch sea monsters, a possessed showbusiness-oriented puppet, and a lots of stories.

The SpielbergPod is a show where me and some friends rewatch the films of Steven Spielberg going through them one at a time .
It's a mix of film discussion, humour and just good ol' fashioned conversation among friends.
Features of the show include recastings of the films with current day actors, companion pieces to the film and top five lists. -

Over wat je niet mag missen, maar vooral: wat je van kunst kunt leren over het leven zelf. Met host Esma Linnemann word je samen met de cultuurexperts van de Volkskrant elke week bijgepraat.
