The son of an oral surgeon and the nephew of one of the most well-known oral surgeons of his time, my guest today always planned on becoming a dentist—he just didn’t plan on wanting to quit after only three years in practice. After coming out of dental school with an idealistic view of how his career in dentistry would go, Dr. Paul Henny found himself struggling to cope with the reality that many people didn't like dentists and weren’t particularly interested in what he had to say.
