I was trying to cope with this season of life as a stay-at-home mom in several ways from chasing money, to turning to alcohol, and any activity that would help me escape my current reality. It all left me empty. I was stuck in a pattern of negative habits. After mentally hitting rock bottom, I realized something had to change.
