We’ve been conditioned to believe that if we just hustle harder, push through, and give more, we’ll break through—but life doesn’t always work that way.
In this episode, I’m sharing a taste of FLOW365 and one of our monthly OM sessions. These gatherings are where our incredible teachers, like Kelly Lubeck (today’s guest) and Julie Hannon (coming soon), guide us through grounding practices to regulate our nervous systems, tap into intuition, and unlock our magic.
It’s transformative work—practices that calm and energize, bring clarity to our vision, and help us get unstuck in the face of challenges. Often, years of resistance can shift in just an hour.
Tune in for inspiration and tools to carry you through the holiday weekend with ease and intention.

Every woman in FLOW365 has a unique story.
Some are building businesses, others are caregiving for elders. Some are raising littles, while others are launching young adults into the world.
But one thing they all have in common? They’re committed to prioritizing their wellness and well-being while creating lives of meaning.
In our latest podcast episode, I sat down with four incredible FLOW365ers—Kelly, Eve, Susan, and Kiyomi—to share their journeys, what they’re balancing, and how they’ve transformed through FLOW365.
Here’s a glimpse of their stories:
Kelly moved across the country while launching her first group program, majorly decluttering her life, and navigating the joys and challenges of single motherhood with a tween.Eve shifted from chaos to calm, transitioning from teaching to launching her own book and course, supported by FLOW’s planning and accountability system.Susan left corporate life to build her own business, embracing a more feminine, aligned approach to planning while rediscovering her creativity.Kiyomi is rebalancing her life after a decade of caregiving and stepping fully into her identity as an artist, creating works that bring peace and beauty to the world. Each of these women shows what’s possible when you have the tools, structure, and community to follow through on what matters most.
If you’re curious about how FLOW365 could help you balance business, life, and wellness, this conversation is a must-listen.

“Tapping is helping you find freedom from your emotions… You need to feel it to heal it… You have to feel it and move through it. then that can create some beautiful space for new things to happen.” – Lauren Fonvielle
How can tapping on your body help you with limiting beliefs? Or fear? Or anything else? The good news it can work even if you don’t believe in it. Tapping has made a huge difference for me and I’m excited to talk with Lauren Fonvielle, an Integrative Energy Practitioner, who specializes in EFT, about this practice.
EFT is a practice of gently tapping on certain points of the body while simultaneously acknowledging the emotions that you're feeling. It can help with anxiety and stress, reducing physical pain, reducing cravings, and getting to the root of limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.
We talk about:
How tapping helps shift energy and why tapping is good for those emotions we try not to feelStarting globally if you are overwhelmed and moving into more specificsThe importance of the words you use while tapping feeling true to youFinding benefits in even a few minutes of tapping and the power of tapping before meditationAcknowledging the negative or hard stuff when we tap vs. positive affirmationsAssessing the intensity of the emotion at the beginning and end of a session(NEED TO Get PAGES FROM WORKBOOK)

At the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you've heard and put it into action. Change comes from action.
Doable changes are things that you can add into your life, one at a time to make micro shifts and really create a ripple effect that will create a big change over time. Choose one that really piques your interest and roll with it.
Here are three Doable Changes from this conversation:
RECOGNIZE THE DEMANDS OF THIS SEASON. This doesn’t mean throwing up our hands and saying, I guess I can’t do __ right now. It means looking at what is important right now and what it calls for. It might mean not letting go of something, but letting go of what you think it looks like.BEGIN TO CONNECT WITH THE LAND. You can do this wherever you are. Start by noticing the land around you. Choose a place, maybe a tree. Spend some time being in and with that space. Put your feet on the earth. Touch, lie on, touch the tree. Open to the energetics of the space.ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR INTUITIVE SEVERANCE. In time you will want to heal your intuitive severance to open yourself up to your intuition and magic. Start by acknowledging that your intuition was severed at some point, but it’s there.

In today’s episode, we’re diving into how to end the year on a high note. November is here, bringing all the usual chaos—work deadlines, school events, Thanksgiving, and, this year, an election. But what if you could use this very full, kinda chaotic month to make real progress on that one big goal you’ve been holding onto?
This episode is all about embracing the fullness of November as an opportunity to go all in on something meaningful. Instead of letting the season’s busyness take over, let’s talk about how to stay focused, aligned, and energized as you pursue your most important goals. With the unique timing of both a new month and a New Moon on November 1st, there’s no better moment to set clear intentions and take action.

“When you ask big questions, the universe provides big answers.” –Jennifer Urezzio
Spirituality and wellness aren’t extras — but as women they often become that way. What happens when we give them a place at the table? We do that here at PlanSimple, and I’m so excited to talk with Jennifer Urezzio, about weaving spirituality into business.
I’m really comfortable with the word soul. It’s one I use a lot, but not everyone does. Here’s how Jennifer is using it this episode: the soul is everything that this energetic being has ever experienced. When we slow down and listen, we can understand how we are meant to be here and connect more deeply.
When you are more conscious about what you are doing, little things become blips to get over, not huge earth-shattering issues.
We talk about:
Healing money issuesGetting permission to share how you can help and why it’s hard to manifest when you aren’t grounded. Activating your central energy channel (with a practice you can do before you do that task at hand)The value of connecting peopleClearing your energy of other people’s stuffNot being afraid to ask for what you really wantABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Urezzio is the founder of Soul Language – a paradigm that puts tangibility to Soul so a conscious connection can be established to enable crystal clear decisions for success. Jennifer is also a master intuitive and the author of two best-selling books. Currently, she has trained over 20 practitioners worldwide in Soul Language. She is a master at asking the soul-searching questions that allow individuals to understand and perceive new pathways of success and greatness in their lives.
In just one session clients report that new possibilities open up for them which allows them to express their creativity, stardom, and greatness in whole new ways to the world.

“It's not a reinvention because we're not changing who we are. We are who we are at that point… we're remembering the parts that we literally gave away so we could take care of somebody else.”
–Donna Cravotta
We’re not reinventing ourselves. We’re finding the best parts of ourselves and turning it into something new. I’m so excited about this conversation with Donna Cravotta, who helps women over 50 become more visible.
Donna says that if we take the time to look, we've got possibilities, opportunities, that always surround us. Too often we’re too busy to see them. Often it’s a health crisis that makes us stop and look around. Sometimes it's another life shift.
We often hear about young people doing interesting things, but women over 50 are doing amazing things. If you are ready to step into your next thing — and be visible about it, this conversation is for you!

In this episode, we’re diving into aligned action—taking intentional steps that move you closer to the life and business you’ve been dreaming about. I’m breaking down how to get clear on what you really want, how to create a plan that feels right, and how to take consistent action without the overwhelm. “Your level of consistency is important — and different than frequency.”
–Lisa Mullis
You have an amazing solution for people … but you can’t seem to convert. You have a million ideas, but they don’t end up on the page or screen. What’s getting in your way? In FLOW365 when we talk about our three most important things, creating content comes up for at least half the people every single week. I bet some of you struggle with this too.
I’m really excited to talk with Lisa Mullis, marketing and messaging specialist about making our content easier to create and more effective.
We talk about what we actually mean when we talk about content and how much we actually need. Two helpful takeaways: consistency is more important than frequency, and you can and should reuse your content!
We also talk about:
How a 10-minute writing practice can get you unstuck and bring more ease to weekly contentWhy we start talking about solutions too soon and the CAASE frameworkHow much content you need to produce and the difference between consistency and frequencyReusing your contentWhy we need to repeat ourselves and think about each piece of content standing aloneThinking about social media platforms as tools you use, similar to productivity tools, and picking the one that works best for you.ABOUT LISA

WRITE DAILY FOR 10 MINUTES. Do 10 minutes of ramble or freeform writing every day. Pick a time to do it, set a timer and just keep putting words on the page. This practice can help unstopper what gets stuck in your brain.TALK ABOUT WHERE YOUR CLIENT IS. Practice talking or writing about the challenge your client or customer is experiencing. Then identify attempts they have made to fix this issue. Consider an analogy for the issue. This will help you build a bridge to your solution for potential clients or customers.FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY. What if instead of focusing on being all the places and posting/emailing frequently, you focused on consistency? Pick a manageable frequency. Ever feel like the different parts of your life are siloed?
It wasn't until I really integrated all the parts of my life that I really understood that I needed to think about all the parts of my life if I really wanted to get stuff done.
That’s why I created FLOW365 — to bring together all the parts in a supportive circle, because I also learned we aren’t meant to do any of this alone.
I’m so excited to have four FLOW365 members here to talk about the impact of FLOW on their business and the rest of their lives.
Here are some of the things they had to say:“FLOW is not just about business, but it is a core piece of my building a business.”
—Jennifer Zwiebel
I moved through my life differently because of FLOW. Coming into FLOW actually set me up to move through life with so much more ease and grace and focus and joy — as a human and a spouse, partner, a friend, as a community member, and specifically as a business owner.
—Roxanne Lowery
FLOW creates a sacred container that really allows me to flourish in all the ways.
—Kelley Grimes
Coming into Flow, I was like, my goodness, every person I meet, there's like this connection, a soul level connection that I learned something from every single person. And it's just very magical. It's such a magical place.
—Heather Hester
