This episode is based on talking about sleep, but it's SO much more. Hannah is a mum of two, and certified sleep specialist living in Tasmania. Hannah empowers parents to recognise normal infant sleep behaviour and provides beautiful, what she calls, "kind sleep support" to parents with children aged 0-5. From her own experience, she learnt that traditional sleep training methods were not conducive to honouring what babies truly need to sleep: us, and so went to work on creating a thriving business which helps parents help their children to sleep while honouring brain development, attachment, connection, feeding support and sleep science. I'm delighted to be chatting with Hannah today and I hope you feel empowered to choose what’s best for your family when it comes to sleep. You can find Hannah on socials @kin.postpartum or at her website www.kinpostartumservices.com.au

Maddy is a busy mum of two, soon to be three. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, Matt, and also leads a local run club for women who love to run slash walk together. Join me for this refreshing chat as Maddy talks about Matt working FIFO, as she spends half her week managing mum life solo, juggling motherhood and work. Maddy shares her experiences with balancing time while Matt is away, her journey through matrescence, and her experience of what life with two little ones is like.
