Episode 5 brings one of Manchester United's most famous number 5s. Sharpey and I discuss goals, golf and a strained relationship with the gaffer. Even as we delve into the depths of dark days, where he felt he could do know right, he still maintains that smile, character and happy go lucky attitude that we all adored from the Stretford End. The original Premier League poster boy tells tales of Rotterdam, Robson, Red Devils and of course there's the token Sharpey Shuffle celebration.

This week I chat to Apprentice Winner Ricky Martin as we discuss his success story both in and out of the boardroom. His confidence is not only infectious but it is ably supported by a vast knowledge of facts, hard working ethos and skill set. There is also the small matter of having to choose between Lord Sugar and the WWE at one point as Ricky explains exactly why he opted for science over spandex and whilst there's not many black cats and voodoo dolls, we do manage to laugh about his honorary namesake.

In our third instalment of NTP we delve into Dom's playing career, including an infamous trip with The Two Robbie's (Fowler and Williams), the pitfalls of being a professional footballer but his biggest battle to date....brain cancer. Open, honest and forthcoming, he sets out his goals, aspirations and targets with a new found lease for life after being just hours away from the very final whistle. There is also the small matter of 'that f*****g great goal' at the San Siro.

In episode 2, with me still learning on the job, Claire and I chat about almost quarter of a century as a pop icon. Without adding too much pressure she's also my Mrs' best mate so whilst treading carefully, we also delve into her love of singing, family and focus, leading to almost melting down as she supported Celine Dion in front of 65000 people at Hyde Park. Light hearted, laughing and lovely, it's great to see this side of the Steps Superstar.

I start this pod journey with a current master of the broadcasting world, Mr Adam Catterall. A warm, local accent provides fantastic stories, recounting recent endeavours with current heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, ducking the Gallagher brothers and fighting to get to the top of his game....whilst promoting absolutely nothing. Whilst his charm and charisma are second nature, it's obviously my first rodeo, so delighted to be carried on these early episodes as my guests are the real stars of the show.
