On today's episode, we welcome Dianne Sherman, a woman whose journey from near-death to spiritual awakening left an indelible mark on her life. Her story isn't just about survival but a rebirth into understanding, healing, and transcending the mundane. Through her experiences, she invites us to consider a world of profound love and endless possibility, far beyond what our minds can grasp.Dianne begins by recounting a life that seemed to hit a wall before her near-death experience. Divorced, with a young daughter, and struggling to find her next step after a career in modeling, she reached out for guidance. "I went to church and prayed and said, you know, help. I need some guidance. What am I doing? Where am I going?" And then, three days later, her life changed forever. A routine surgery led to an out-of-body experience that transported her to a space beyond this world. What makes Dianne Sherman's story so compelling isn't just her detailed recollection of floating outside her body, observing herself from above, but her emotional disconnection from the physical body lying below. She speaks of feeling no attachment to the "her" on the hospital bed, instead feeling neutral and observational. She was led into an all-encompassing white light, a presence so comforting and loving that she describes it as "coming home to self."Her story takes an even deeper turn when she describes encountering two rows of monks during her near-death experience. These monks, dressed in robes with faceless hoods, stood in a kind of sacred procession. One stepped forward to tell her it was not her time, a moment that left her devastated as she begged to stay in that divine space. But as she thought about her daughter, the reality of her responsibilities pulled her back into her body. The aftermath of her near-death experience revealed itself quickly. Suddenly, Dianne Sherman was clairaudient, clairsentient, and clairvoyant. She began hearing and sensing everything around her, a flood of energy and voices that initially left her feeling psychotic. Yet, she gradually understood she had been given a gift—a form of clear sight, which allowed her to perceive not only the essence of people but also to connect deeply with the spiritual realm. "I clearly see who you are, how you are. I can feel all of you. I can feel your heart," she explains.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
The Power of Unconditional Love: As Dianne states, "There’s nothing but unconditional love on the other side." It’s a love that heals and holds no judgment, and it’s the essence of our being.Embracing Our True Self: Her near-death experience forced her to reconcile with her real essence, shedding societal facades and learning to love herself in a deeper, spiritual sense.Trusting the Journey: Dianne emphasizes that we are all supported and loved, even when life feels overwhelming. It’s about remembering that we’re never alone and that guidance is always present if we choose to align with it.Dianne’s experience reminds us that the spiritual journey is not about perfection or escaping difficulties but about embracing the full spectrum of existence. She beautifully conveys how we can create “heaven on earth” by consciously choosing joy, magic, and the loving presence of spirit in our daily lives. Her advice for those nearing death or facing the loss of a loved one is deeply comforting: "There’s nothing but love and joy on the other side."

On today's episode, we welcome the remarkable Clint Ober, a pioneer in the field of earthing and grounding. His fascinating journey from a cable TV executive to the "father of earthing" is one that merges science, nature, and a quest for better health. Clint's work has revealed the profound benefits of grounding the human body, connecting us back to the Earth in a way that has tangible health benefits.Clint Ober began his journey in the cable television industry, where he developed a deep understanding of grounding electrical systems. His life took a dramatic turn after a severe health scare that led him to reevaluate his purpose and lifestyle. Clint’s recovery and subsequent quest for a meaningful life brought him to the realization that grounding, an essential practice in his industry, could have profound implications for human health.Clint explains that the Earth maintains a slight negative electrical charge, which is crucial for maintaining electrical stability in all grounded systems, including the human body. He recounts how our ancestors were naturally grounded by walking barefoot and sleeping on the earth, a practice lost with the advent of synthetic materials and modern footwear. This disconnection, he argues, has significant health implications, leading to chronic inflammation and related health disorders.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS:
Reconnect with Nature: By grounding ourselves, we can restore a lost connection with the Earth, which has the power to heal and stabilize our bodies.Natural Healing: The body is designed to self-heal, and grounding provides the necessary electrons to neutralize inflammation and facilitate this process.Holistic Health: True health involves aligning our modern lifestyles with ancient practices, integrating both scientific knowledge and natural wisdom. In his research, Clint discovered that grounding the body can have remarkable effects, from reducing inflammation and pain to improving sleep and overall well-being. He shares compelling examples from his studies, such as grounding patients with chronic pain and observing significant improvements. One notable study involved measuring cortisol levels, where participants' stress hormones synchronized to a healthy rhythm after grounding, highlighting the profound impact on stress and sleep.Clint's innovative work led him to develop practical grounding products that people can use indoors, such as grounding mats and patches. These products allow individuals to experience the benefits of grounding in their daily lives, particularly during sleep, when the body undergoes most of its healing and recovery processes. He emphasizes that even a simple practice like walking barefoot on the grass can have immediate and positive effects on health.Clint Ober also addresses common skepticism by pointing to numerous peer-reviewed studies that validate the benefits of grounding. His approach combines the wisdom of ancient practices with the rigor of modern science, providing a holistic framework for understanding and improving health. In conclusion, Clint Ober’s insights into grounding offer a transformative approach to health, reconnecting us with the Earth and unlocking the body’s natural healing potential. His journey is a testament to the power of curiosity, resilience, and the pursuit of knowledge for the betterment of humanity.

On today’s episode, we welcome the deeply insightful Freddy Silva, a man whose knowledge spans ancient lands, lost civilizations, and the mysteries of existence itself. Our conversation delves into Silva's fascinating work on “The Shining Ones” — an enigmatic race from ancient lore said to possess knowledge far surpassing what modern science understands today. We talk of lands submerged by time, wisdom buried under cultural layers, and what seems like a cosmic force, intervening just enough to steer humanity without overstepping the bounds of universal laws. This is a journey through time, where myth meets reality, and we reconnect with long-lost wisdom meant to awaken something ancient within us.Freddy begins by exploring the role of “The Shining Ones,” beings known for their light and wisdom, believed to be descendants of the Anunnaki or similar ancient intelligences. Silva shares how they were respected for their ability to wield the laws of nature with an ease almost mystical. They “didn’t merely understand nature,” he says, “they were nature,” embodying the unity between knowledge and spirit. From their enlightenment radiated the literal and figurative glow that would mark them as divine in human eyes. Freddy notes that many stories across cultures depict these enlightened beings guiding early human civilizations, gently nudging humankind toward progress without intervening forcefully.Silva also addresses a cosmic law of “non-intervention,” an intriguing moral code that these advanced beings reportedly followed. They only influenced when directly invited and, even then, in subtle ways that allowed humans to chart their own destiny. According to Freddy, this ancient law resonates in today’s stories, and he humorously points out how science fiction, like Star Trek’s “Prime Directive,” draws upon this principle. This commitment to free will echoes across time, reminding us of humanity's responsibility to learn and grow without the crutch of higher intervention — unless absolutely necessary. Our conversation then delves into ancient flood myths found worldwide, as Silva recounts tales of natural catastrophes dating back thousands of years. Many civilizations, he reveals, documented catastrophic floods that nearly wiped out early humanity, and survivors attributed their survival to guidance from enlightened beings who appeared in times of despair. Silva believes that these stories may not merely be tales but historical records passed down with reverence, with the Shining Ones, or similar entities, reappearing across cultures to help humanity survive near-catastrophic events.A particularly fascinating portion of the discussion is Freddy's insight into ancient civilizations’ use of “temple technology” to harness earth’s energy. These temples, pyramids, and standing stones were, according to Freddy, not just places of worship but devices engineered with precision. By understanding the earth’s telluric currents and manipulating them, these ancient builders created structures that, quite literally, pulsed with life. Freddy hints that today's advanced scientific research is beginning to unravel the sophisticated technology embedded in these sites — a wisdom that modern humans have only started to rediscover. In an unexpected turn, Freddy also discusses the suppression of knowledge by organized institutions like the Vatican. Books such as the Book of Enoch contain references to advanced beings, extraterrestrial crafts, and ancient knowledge, yet these texts remain out of reach for the public, locked away in archives or deemed “apocryphal.” “There’s knowledge,” Freddy asserts, “that would alter humanity’s understanding of its place in the universe.” He suggests that controlling information keeps societies grounded in current belief systems and limits access to truths that could awaken something more expansive in our souls.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Embrace Free Will: The law of non-intervention reminds us that we are responsible for our journey. Wisdom may guide, but action is ours to take.Reclaim Ancient Knowledge: Lost civilizations left trails for us to rediscover. Exploring these mysteries opens paths to understanding our shared origins.Live in Harmony with Nature: The Shining Ones remind us that enlightenment lies in our connection with nature, not in dominance over it.As our conversation closes, Silva reflects on humanity’s current state and reminds us of our potential to bridge science and spirituality. He emphasizes that humanity can and must harness this ancient wisdom to guide us through turbulent times. As he sees it, “we’re the gods we’ve been waiting for.” This is a rallying call, a reminder that, like the Shining Ones, we too have the potential to wield knowledge with reverence and responsibility.

In today’s episode, we welcome the remarkable Cynthia Sue Larson, a physicist and an expert on consciousness and the mind-bending phenomenon of the Mandela Effect. Known for her ability to bridge the realms of quantum theory with everyday experience, Cynthia delves deep into reality-shifting concepts and explores how our perception of the universe might be far more malleable than we’ve been led to believe. Cynthia's insights illuminate our ability to access different "versions" of reality and even tap into skills and knowledge from parallel lives. The discussion opens with Cynthia describing how the Mandela Effect challenges our conventional view of memory and reality. We all know moments when things we remember clearly—like lines from favorite movies or the location of our organs—don’t align with current reality. Cynthia explains this collective phenomenon as a "reality shift," where memories from parallel timelines might bleed into ours. To her, these events suggest that reality is more like a flexible dream than a fixed structure, “a multidimensional tapestry we’re constantly weaving and rewiring.” Through these shifts, she suggests, we’re invited to question the nature of truth and explore our expansive consciousness.Quantum jumping, a concept Cynthia passionately describes, offers a fascinating mechanism for accessing these alternate selves. Imagine being able to connect with a version of yourself in a different timeline who has mastered skills or overcome challenges you’re facing now. Cynthia explains that accessing this connection often begins with visualization, focus, and, intriguingly, a kind of "embodied knowing." She shares personal experiences where she felt compelled to act beyond her current abilities, stepping into skills and knowledge she hadn’t learned but felt profoundly familiar with. As she puts it, “It's almost like borrowing expertise from another version of myself. I just know I can do it.”The heart of Cynthia's exploration lies in her spiritual perspective on quantum reality. By understanding ourselves as both the observer and the observed, she posits, we can play with the quantum fabric of existence. Meditation, she explains, is a powerful tool for reaching a “zen state of flow,” a space where possibilities expand, and realities become more fluid. In this state, she believes we can access not only personal shifts but also broader energetic alignments with family or friends—an entangled shift of consciousness.Moving further into quantum realms, Cynthia introduces the Mandela Effect as a natural result of our multidimensional existence. Named after collective memories of Nelson Mandela’s supposed death in the 1980s—despite historical records showing he passed in 2013—the Mandela Effect represents a shared memory of events that never occurred in our current timeline. These collective memories, like the image of Tinker Bell dotting the "i" in the Disney logo or the Berenstein Bears (now "Berenstain Bears"), Cynthia argues, hint at our shared ability to interact with alternate timelines. “The universe," she says, "seems to be winking at us, inviting us to recognize our power to influence it.”As our conversation unfolds, Cynthia links this phenomenon to a collective spiritual awakening. We live in a time, she says, where humanity is “remembering” its multidimensional nature, realizing that we might have more agency in our lives than we ever imagined. The Mandela Effect and reality shifts are not simply curiosities; they’re markers of our expanding consciousness and evolution. With each shift, we’re encouraged to lean into our spiritual potential, to grow beyond linear experiences, and to cultivate deeper connections with our cosmic self.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Reality is Flexible: Reality isn't fixed; it’s a fluid tapestry woven by our collective consciousness. We hold the power to shift our timeline, experiencing other possible lives, skills, and outcomes.Meditation Unlocks Multidimensional Awareness: Through meditation and states of deep relaxation, we can access parallel versions of ourselves and possibly tap into wisdom and skills from those realities. We Are Entangled with Loved Ones: Our energy fields often align with those of our family and friends, leading to shared experiences of reality shifts, much like a quantum “flock” moving in synchrony.Cynthia's perspective opens up vast questions about the evolution of our souls and how this interconnectedness influences our journey. The thought that every choice, every reality, might be unfolding in tandem gives new meaning to our experiences. Are we simply here to learn, to love, and to evolve within these infinite possibilities? Perhaps so.

On today's episode, we welcome Kerry K, a profound psychic and spiritual teacher who has navigated a lifetime of illness, near-death experiences, and extraordinary connections beyond the veil. As Kerry recounts her journey, she reveals how her lifelong battle with sickness became the gateway to her spiritual awakening and psychic gifts. From childhood, Kerry lived on the edge of life and death, floating between this world and realms far beyond. What others see as separate, she views as intertwined—each experience a teacher leading her deeper into understanding the nature of life, suffering, and spiritual alchemy.Kerry shares how illness was her constant companion, shaping her perception of reality and opening doors to the other side. "I didn’t wake up,” she says, “it was always there." She spent most of her childhood navigating between dimensions, where she learned not just about her psychic abilities but about the very essence of existence. During these experiences, Kerry connected with angelic beings, explored pre-consciousness realms, and even accessed what she calls the "heart-mind of God." Her experiences were like walking through a dream, one that deepened with each return to illness, giving her profound insights into the spiritual fabric of life.In this profound conversation, Kerry reveals that her path wasn’t an easy one. Early on, she struggled to reconcile the immense knowledge she gained from the other side with the human limitations of everyday life. Coming back into her body after being so close to divinity was, in her words, the hardest part of her journey. "It was never terrible,” she says of her illnesses. “I got to sit in hospital and go to God. That was a phenomenal blessing." Through suffering, she learned to alchemize pain, a process she now teaches to others.Kerry's journey is one of immense spiritual growth, catalyzed by her desire to understand why such illness and suffering marked her early life. She sees suffering not as a punishment but as a springboard for transformation. "Because you've had pain and suffering, you actually get to stand up,” she explains, emphasizing the power discomfort holds in pushing us toward higher spiritual truths. Natalie Sudman was born in Montana and raised in Minnesota. She worked for sixteen years worked as an archaeologist in the western U.S. In 2006 was hired by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to administer construction contracts in Iraq. In 2007 a vehicle she was traveling in was hit by a roadside bomb. Her book Application of Impossible Things details her experience with that incident.
About the Book: This is an amazing true story of a female civilian employee of the Army Corps of Engineers in Basrah and Nasiriyah, Iraq. She was riding in a truck with other men when a roadside bomb destroyed the vehicle. Her body was so severely damaged that there was no possible way she could live. She vividly recounts her Near Death Experience (NDE) when she went out of the body to the spirit world.
There it was decided that her work on Earth was not done, and with the help of spirit guides, they repaired the body so she could reenter it. She retained the conscious memory of what happened, and more details returned during her time in the hospital. This is an amazing story of survival in wartime conditions. This has happened to many others in Iraq, but how many remember the spiritual side of the experience? Before this experience, Sudman was dubious about anything that smacked of the paranormal. This experience made her a believer. She shares her story here for the first time to demonstrate that the paranormal is normal and to assist others who have had similar experiences. This book is for anyone interested in near death experiences and out-of-body experiences. It is one of the first such books to come out of the Iraq conflict.

In this episode, we meet Jim Bruton, a man who has traveled the world, chased storms, reported from war zones, and worked in realms many would only dream of. But in a twist of fate, a plane crash brought him somewhere altogether unexpected—the in-between. From this surreal vantage point, Jim experienced a near-death journey that went beyond the usual light and tunnel, plunging him into a vast landscape of choices, probabilities, and life’s potential futures.Jim’s adventure starts with a daring passion for aviation. In 2016, while testing his homemade plane, his engine cut out mid-air, sending him into a violent crash. That moment of impact shattered not only his body but his concept of reality. In the haze of unconsciousness, Jim describes suddenly “teleporting” to what felt like a post-apocalyptic cityscape, where a sense of calm enveloped him. There was no fear, just the quiet understanding that he was somewhere beyond the ordinary—standing in what he would come to call “the eternity of a single moment.”As Jim looked around, he noticed a towering, latticed egg filled with gears, each one delicately hovering in space. The gears represented choices, futures, and possibilities, he explained, and each one could be felt rather than seen. Some gears brought a sense of peace; others, when touched, emitted a wave of nausea or pain, signaling a choice that could lead to suffering. “It’s the process of becoming,” a disembodied voice told him, urging Jim to engage with his own fate as he would a living puzzle. In this vast in-between, Jim began removing the “painful” gears, choices that would have led him to spiritual dead-ends. One gear hinted at a lottery win, yet the pull of its danger told Jim that path would derail his journey, leading him away from his spiritual progress. His reflex was to let it go, casting the gear aside as it dissolved into the space around him. "For those who make poor use of their choices, offering fewer possibilities could be called Mercy," the voice added, an insight that profoundly shifted Jim’s understanding of free will and destiny. This experience wasn’t passive; Jim was in control, an active participant in navigating the paths his life could take. His choices in that space weren’t just about personal gain—they were about finding the right road to spiritual evolution, learning to let go of what no longer served him. The voice urged him to remember that each decision has unseen impacts, rippling through time and space, shaping not only his life but all connected to him. After what seemed like an eternity, Jim was directed back to the waking world with a final message: “Pay attention to your relationships.” This wisdom stayed with him, offering a new perspective on the bonds that shape us. Since his experience, Jim finds that people are drawn to him in a different way, responding to a quiet, unspoken depth within him. His near-death journey left him with a gentle detachment, one that allows him to see beyond the surface and connect more authentically with others.Jim’s return to life wasn’t just about survival; it was about living with intentional awareness, treating each interaction as an opportunity for growth and understanding. His journey through the in-between was a reminder that we are not here to amass things or fulfill ambitions but to evolve spiritually, to learn, and, ultimately, to let go.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Embrace Your Choices with Reverence: Jim's journey reminds us that each choice shapes not just our future but our spiritual trajectory. Trusting the "grand design" helps us make decisions aligned with a higher path.Life as a Mosaic of Connections: Every relationship, Jim shares, carries an unseen purpose. By nurturing these connections and living authentically, we align closer to our spiritual essence.Detach and Let Go: The true power, Jim says, lies in the art of letting go. When we release attachment, we allow life to unfold organically, connecting us to our higher purpose. Please enjoy my conversation with Jim Bruton.

On today’s episode, we welcome Dr. Theresa Bullard, a physicist who has embraced the meeting point of science and spirituality. With a brilliant mind rooted in the rigorous world of physics, Dr. Bullard has traveled a unique path—merging her scientific expertise with a deep spiritual understanding, and in the process, she offers a glimpse into the profound mysteries of the cosmos and our place within it. Our conversation unveils the hidden dimensions of quantum physics, alchemy, and humanity’s awakening to its greater galactic identity.Dr. Bullard's journey began with a fascination for the universe, leading her into the dense world of physics. However, she encountered a void, as the more she delved into traditional scientific dogma, the more she felt disconnected from the deeper questions of existence. She realized that the scientific community often steered away from exploring the meaning behind the equations, dismissing any dialogue on consciousness or spirituality. Yet, Dr. Bullard found herself in a unique position. "I wanted to explore where science meets consciousness because I felt that both had truths to offer," she shares. This desire led her on a journey beyond the conventional realms of physics into the world of metaphysics and spiritual exploration.Dr. Bullard discusses how ancient traditions, like alchemy, hold essential keys to our evolution, explaining that alchemy is not just about turning lead into gold but about the transformative process of self-realization and awakening. In her words, "The gold in alchemy is wisdom itself—the transformation of the self." She believes that this wisdom, coupled with scientific knowledge, is what will allow humanity to step into its true potential. Her expertise in both quantum physics and Kabbalah gives her a unique vantage point to teach others how to bridge the gap between science and spirituality, guiding individuals towards enlightenment and balance in both the material and spiritual worlds. In this profound conversation, Dr. Theresa Bullard also touches on the importance of awakening to our galactic citizenship. According to her, humanity is at a critical point of evolution, where we must recognize that we are not merely citizens of Earth but of the cosmos. "There’s a great awakening happening," she says, “We are being called to rise to our galactic potential and become conscious creators in a universe far greater than what we perceive in our day-to-day lives." This shift requires us to awaken not only to our planetary responsibilities but also to our role in the broader cosmic order. As she explores the science of solar flares and the influence of cosmic events on our planet, Dr. Bullard delves into the science behind human bio-electromagnetism, explaining how cosmic energies interact with the Earth's magnetic field and affect our consciousness. According to her, these forces amplify the imbalances within us, or conversely, enhance our alignment and balance if we are tuned into these frequencies. She also makes an essential connection between quantum physics and ancient mysticism, showing how the two worlds have much in common. "Quantum physics lends itself to ancient mystical teachings," she remarks, drawing parallels between modern science and traditions like the Kabbalah.

On today’s episode, we are joined by Kyle Cease, a spiritual comedian who masterfully weaves together the art of humor and the profound truths of the soul. Kyle has experienced a significant transformation from the world of stand-up comedy into a realm where spirituality and self-awareness reign supreme. His journey from the comedic stage to personal growth guide is nothing short of fascinating, filled with insights that push us to embrace our authentic selves.Kyle shared a profound metaphor about the "false self" many of us carry around like armor. He describes it as a protective mechanism that forms in response to childhood trauma, and as we grow, this false self becomes our identity. Yet, as Kyle points out, it's not our true nature. "Our ego builds itself around trauma, but when we allow that light to shine, the false self begins to fall away," he explained. In essence, the more we shine light on our shadows, the more our true, divine selves emerge. In this conversation, Kyle Cease helps us understand that we are in a time of tremendous spiritual awakening. The chaos and unpredictability of the world, which can often feel overwhelming, is a reflection of the collapse of these false selves on a global scale. As institutions and long-standing systems unravel, it's not the end of the world, but rather the end of the illusions we've built around us. Kyle encourages us to embrace this chaos, knowing that, “The only thing that can fall apart is a false version of you.”Throughout the episode, Kyle emphasizes that the path to spiritual awakening is about shedding our attachment to external authority and instead trusting the deeper wisdom that comes from within. He speaks of our collective detachment from systems of control—whether government, media, or even family—and how the universe is guiding us back to the present moment, the only place where true freedom exists. “The more light there is, the more of our darkness we see. But the good news is, this light is showing you what you need to let go of,” Kyle remarked during the conversation.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Letting Go of the Ego’s Control: Kyle shared that by letting go of control, we open ourselves to infinite possibilities. “What’s trying to emerge from you is far more powerful than anything you could imagine,” he stated. Control creates suffering; surrender creates flow.Follow Your Soul, Not Your Fear: One of the most impactful messages was Kyle’s reminder to follow the expansive feeling of our soul’s calling rather than the contracting voice of fear. As he beautifully said, “When you follow your soul, the fear goes away.”The False Self Must Die for the True Self to Emerge: As Kyle points out, the spiritual journey often feels like we’re falling apart, but that’s only because the ego is dissolving. “What’s happening is the death of the false self so the true self can live.”Kyle’s approach is refreshingly humorous, yet deeply introspective. He uses his past experience in comedy to make profound spiritual insights accessible. He reminded us that when we stop trying to fix everything externally and start listening to the now, life begins to transform in unimaginable ways. Through his laughter and lighthearted metaphors, he teaches us that healing comes from seeing and accepting what is, rather than trying to force it to be different. In closing, Kyle shared a piece of wisdom that perfectly encapsulates his message: “The only thing that falls apart is what you weren’t meant to hold onto in the first place. Let it go, and watch the real you come to life.”

On today's episode, we welcome Susan Grau, a remarkable medium whose journey into the unseen realms began early in life. Her childhood was marked by a near-death experience that forever altered her perception of reality. Susan shares her story with vulnerability and wisdom, offering us a glimpse into what it means to live with one foot in both the physical and spiritual worlds.Susan recalls her first brush with death, an experience that came unexpectedly during a childhood game. Locked in an unplugged freezer by older boys, she describes the terror that filled her small body, and the angelic lights that appeared before her, telling her to stop screaming. It was during this profound moment that she felt herself pulled away from her body and into a world of light and knowledge. The experience was one of total clarity and peace, even as a child who didn’t fully understand death. She remembers standing before what she calls "The Well of Knowledge," a place where prayers and desires of others flowed like a river, vibrating with life. After this near-death experience, Susan's connection to the spirit world intensified. She began to see spirits everywhere—under her bed, in the hallways, and peering through her windows. Though her mother warned her to keep quiet about these visions, fearing institutionalization, the presence of spirits became a daily reality for Susan. She later learned that her gift of mediumship ran through her family, yet it was burdened with fear, shame, and misunderstanding.Throughout her life, Susan grappled with this gift. She felt out of place, at times misunderstood, and even bullied. It wasn’t until adulthood, after years of secrecy, that she began to embrace her abilities openly. As a grief and addiction specialist, she started integrating her mediumship with her professional work, offering healing on both emotional and spiritual levels. "I was meant to use my experiences to help others," Susan reflects, acknowledging that the pain and trauma in her life prepared her to support others through their darkest moments.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
You are the light. Susan emphasizes that we are not separate from the light but embody it. As she explains, "When you cross over, you don't seek the light—you are the light." This understanding is essential in removing fear of death and the unknown. What you try to control, controls you. During her near-death experience, Susan learned that attempting to force outcomes in life often leads to suffering. Instead, we must learn to walk the path that unfolds before us with trust and openness.Pain and joy are equal teachers. Susan’s journey is a reminder that both joy and suffering contribute to our growth. In her words, "Pain teaches me the most because it is the experience that I want to escape the quickest."Her spiritual insights resonate deeply with the human experience. From her near-death encounter to her later years working as a medium, Susan's life is a testament to the healing power of self-acceptance. She speaks to the importance of releasing fear and letting go of control—two lessons she learned early on from the angels who told her that humans don’t listen enough to their inner guidance. In closing, this conversation reveals how the challenges we face in life are not punishments, but preparations for deeper understanding and healing. Through Susan’s story, we are reminded that love, trust, and surrender are the keys to navigating life’s twists and turns.

On today's episode, we welcome Luke Caverns, a passionate explorer who delves into the mysteries of ancient Mesoamerican and South American civilizations. He has spent years studying lost cultures, uncovering secrets hidden beneath jungles, deserts, and mountains, and contemplating the questions that remain unanswered. In this profound conversation, Luke Caverns takes us on a journey through forgotten worlds, guiding us toward ancient cities that were once the epicenters of knowledge, wealth, and spiritual evolution. As we explore the depths of Mesoamerica, Luke reveals that these ancient civilizations—particularly the Olmecs, Mayans, and Aztecs—were connected to something far greater than we typically understand. He draws us into the mystery of the Olmecs, a people whose origins and true identity are still shrouded in uncertainty. "We know nothing about them," Luke explains, "we don't even know their name." This lost civilization left behind enormous stone heads and other megalithic structures, yet much of their knowledge and culture disappeared with the end of their era.Moving south, Luke uncovers more layers of mystery in the search for El Dorado, the mythical city of gold. While many dismissed the legends as exaggerated tales spun by desperate conquistadors, Luke insists that much of the ancient world’s wealth, especially in South America, was hidden in cities that the Spaniards barely scratched the surface of. Cusco’s golden Garden of the Gods, with its shimmering trees and animals cast in precious metals, was just one example of the rich culture that flourished before it was wiped out by colonial forces. In these explorations, we are reminded that the greatest treasures often lie in the unseen and the unknown. The use of new technologies like LiDAR has revealed entire lost cities in the dense jungles of the Amazon, places untouched for centuries, perhaps millennia. Luke's work highlights how the land still holds untold secrets—civilizations that rivaled, and perhaps even exceeded, the sophistication of ancient Rome or Egypt.Luke's theories don’t just stop at the material evidence. He dives into the spiritual practices of these cultures, emphasizing how their knowledge of astronomy, architecture, and possibly even psychedelics allowed them to tap into higher levels of consciousness. “These cultures were astronomers—big time. They were the ancient world's greatest astronomers," Luke explains, noting how they seemed to access universal truths that were reflected in their architecture, their myths, and their gods.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS:Connection to Lost Knowledge: The ancient civilizations Luke studies offer a glimpse into a time when humanity was in direct contact with something larger than life itself—whether through their understanding of the stars, their construction of mysterious monuments, or their unexplainable technological prowess. The Power of Mystery: Not every mystery needs a solution. The unknown, as Luke points out, can inspire awe, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for life’s complexities. It reminds us that there is so much more to discover if we open our minds to the possibilities.Rediscovering Our Spiritual Roots: By looking at the spiritual practices of the past—whether through ritual, psychedelics, or communion with nature—Luke suggests that we can reconnect with ancient wisdom that might offer guidance in our modern lives. In the end, Luke leaves us with more questions than answers, and that’s precisely the point. The mysteries of the ancient world are not something to be solved and filed away, but something to live with, to ponder, and to allow into our own spiritual journeys. As we continue to uncover the lost cities of gold, perhaps we’ll also uncover parts of ourselves that have long been hidden.

On today's episode, we welcome the brilliant Gregg Braden for a deep dive into some of the most profound questions of our time. Gregg is a renowned scientist and researcher who has dedicated his life to understanding the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science. His unique insights into the human experience, the nature of divinity, and the cycles of history invite us to reexamine our place in the world and how we can navigate the challenges ahead. Our conversation began with a compelling exploration of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the “war scroll,” an ancient document that describes a battle between good and evil. Gregg draws a parallel between this ancient struggle and the conflicts we see today. He explains that the ultimate battle is not just about external forces but about our own inner divinity. "Divinity is the ability to transcend perceived human limitations," Gregg shares, urging us to rise above the fear and division that often clouds our perception. As we journeyed deeper into the discussion, Gregg revealed how modern society, driven by misinformation and fear, has become more disconnected from its spiritual roots. He spoke about the vulnerability that arises when people no longer know what information to trust, highlighting the psychological warfare that now plays out in our media and politics. It was a sobering reflection on how the manipulation of perception has led to a fractured and divided world, much like the ancient battles described in those ancient texts. In a fascinating twist, Gregg introduced the idea that our bodies are antennas, designed to connect us to higher levels of consciousness. He explained how the food we consume, the environments we live in, and our overall health affect our ability to tune into this divine connection. "We are biological resonators," Gregg explained, emphasizing that our physical and spiritual health are deeply intertwined. It’s a simple yet profound realization that could change the way we approach our lives. We also explored the notion of transhumanism and how the push toward replacing human biology with synthetic alternatives could sever our connection to divinity. Gregg's insight into this growing movement was both enlightening and alarming. He urged us to recognize the importance of preserving our natural biological state as it holds the key to our spiritual evolution. This is not just about surviving but thriving through our human essence, which is a conduit for divine intelligence.Gregg's reflections on the cycles of history were especially powerful. He reminded us that the patterns of conflict, upheaval, and renewal are not new. However, what distinguishes our current moment in history is the convergence of multiple cycles—geological, economic, and cosmic. We are living in a time when these cycles overlap, which creates an opportunity for humanity to evolve or, conversely, to succumb to chaos. As Gregg eloquently stated, "The better we know ourselves, the less we fear change in the world."
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Embrace your divinity: Divinity is not something external to us. It is our ability to transcend our perceived limitations and live without fear. When we live from our divine nature, we can love fearlessly, create freely, and innovate without boundaries. The body as a spiritual antenna: Our physical health is directly connected to our spiritual well-being. The foods we eat, the environments we surround ourselves with, and our overall lifestyle either enhance or block our connection to higher consciousness.Beware of the battle for your mind: In today’s world, we are constantly bombarded with information designed to divide us. Gregg warns that this is a form of psychological warfare. To protect ourselves, we must stay connected to our inner truth and question the narratives that create fear and division. In conclusion, Gregg Braden's message is clear: humanity is at a crossroads. We can either rise to meet the challenges of our time by embracing our divinity, or we can fall into the traps of fear and division. The battle between the "sons of darkness and the sons of light" is not just an ancient metaphor but a living reality. It’s up to each of us to choose how we will navigate this pivotal moment.

One night when she was eight years old, Roberta Grimes woke up and knew for certain that there is no God. And she was terrified! Then a bright light flashed, and a voice said, “You wouldn’t know what it is to have me unless you knew what it is to be without me. I will never leave you again.” She thought, That’s nice. If you forget there is a God, they remind you. And she went back to sleep. She went on to graduate from Smith College and Boston University School of Law, but that experience of light remained with her.
She had to know where that light had come from! So even as she pursued a career as a small-business attorney, married and reared a family, Roberta spent more than half a century researching what actually happens at and after death as a compulsive hobby. The result has been her present highly enjoyable part-time career as a podcaster and afterlife and Gospels lecturer, and also as the author of seven nonfiction books, including The Fun of Dying and Liberating Jesus.

On today's episode, we welcome back Christy Whitman, a dear friend and recurring guest who always brings profound wisdom to our conversations. Her insights into the quantum field and our connection to something greater than ourselves are truly inspiring. We delve deep into the topic of success, but not in the traditional sense—it's about alignment, energy, and our role as vessels for universal forces.Christy begins by sharing her thoughts on what she calls "quantum success." She describes it as a process of connecting to something beyond ourselves, something bigger that guides our actions. "That's quantum success," she says. "You hook up to something bigger than yourself, receive that vibration, and give it your all." Her journey into understanding this started years ago, with spiritual teachings and a desire to heal herself, and now, she teaches these principles to others through her books and coaching. In this conversation, Christy reflects on the essence of success, pointing out that it isn't just about working hard or planning meticulously. While those things are necessary, she emphasizes the importance of surrendering control and trusting the larger, unseen forces at play. She recalls moments in her own life where success appeared when she let go of her rigid expectations and allowed the universe to guide her path. For Christy, this wasn't just a business model; it was a spiritual awakening.
SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
Christy talks about how this same principle can be applied to every aspect of our lives. She shares a personal story about feeling overwhelmed by outside judgment and how she moved through it by tapping into her deeper alignment. A simple but impactful lesson she offers is this: we are the vessels, and our role is to align, take action, and trust the process. We don’t have to control every outcome. She reminds us, “In order for something to live, something has to die,” illustrating how transformation often requires us to let go of old ideas, habits, or identities that no longer serve us.Throughout our discussion, Christy emphasizes the importance of staying true to your own energy. When we get too caught up in external validation or societal pressures, we lose sight of our purpose. But when we maintain our alignment and listen to the guidance coming through us, we are always on the right path, no matter how chaotic things may seem on the surface.Focus on alignment over hard work: Christy teaches that while effort is important, true success comes when we align with something greater than ourselves. When we tune into that energy, our actions become more meaningful and impactful.Release control and trust: By letting go of the need to control every detail, we open ourselves to greater possibilities. The universe works in ways we can’t always foresee, and trusting that process is key to living a fulfilled life. You create your own reality: In Christy’s view, everything begins within us. The thoughts we think, the energy we hold, and the actions we take all contribute to the reality we experience. We are not passive participants in life; we are powerful creators. As we wrap up the episode, Christy leaves us with a final reflection on the significance of staying open to the flow of life. She describes life as a collaboration between us and the universe—a dance between effort and surrender, between action and trust. It’s a beautiful reminder that we are all part of something much larger than ourselves, and when we stay aligned with that energy, the possibilities are limitless.
Please enjoy my conversation with Christy Whitman.
