  • You are a creator.

Do you believe me when I say that? Or do thing creativity and creation belongs only to those who sing, dance, perform or create art.

What if I told you that every one of you is a creator. And that it may manifest differently based on your dosha, but you are able to contribute a unique offering to the world based on your unique prakruti and personality.

In this episode we talk about what creation is and is not. How your dosha may impact the final creation product. And how to get over your fears to create something better in the world that only you can contribute.

  • Living Ayurveda is challenging. Then add to the equation a full time job, a few kids and a house to manage and you have a recipe for chaos.

How do you make it all work? The answer is, you don't. You can do all the things, but you can't do all the things all the time. Balancing your many roles and still finding balance takes work and practice.

In this episode I share what I have learned about implementing Ayurveda for myself and my family from the past year of working full time and raising my 4 kids. It hasn't always been pretty or easy, but it has taught me so much and I hope some of what I share helps you achieve greater balance while wearing many different hats.
