  • Robin Morgan is a Welsh stand-up comedian, writer, presenter and actor. Robin has appeared on Mock The Week, The News Quiz, The Now Show and co-created Ellie Taylor’s Safe Space on BBC Radio 4. He co-created and hosts the award-winning topical comedy panel show What Just Happened? on BBC Radio Wales. He starred in the Michael-Winterbottom-directed-Kenneth-Branagh-starring drama This England on Sky Atlantic). He has performed four solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival, his debut in 2016 was later adapted into a half-hour recording for BBC Radio Wales, as 'Robin Morgan: Proposes'. Robin’s third solo show was filmed at the Edinburgh Festival in 2019 and is available to watch on Next Up Comedy. His fourth show, ‘Snip Snip, Bitch’ toured the UK in 2023, and is available to watch on YouTube. He is currently on his biggest tour to date in 2024, with the brand new show ‘The Spark’. Robin is also a seasoned comedy writer for television and radio, with credits including Have I Got News For You, The Mash Report, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Too Hot To Handle on Netflix, The Great Pottery Throw Down, Late Night Mash, Hello America, Blind Date and the MTV European Music Awards among others. He is also a television warm-up artist for programmes such as The Graham Norton Show .

  • Gary Warren is a former child actor, best remembered for his role as Peter in the 1970 film The Railway Children. Now retired from acting Gary Warren also played Cedric Collingford in the 1970 TV series Catweazle and Taplow in Whack-O!, as well as starring as Alexander in his own TV sitcom Alexander the Greatest. In the West End, he played the nephew of Mame in the musical Mame starring Ginger Rogers. Gary has written a memoir of his acting years and his passion for music entitled If My Memoir Serves Me Well. It is available on Kindle and the audiobook is available on Audible. He has also written a novel, 1961 Greenwich Village; a Fable, also available on Kindle and in audiobook on Audible .

  • Christian Brighty is an award-winning comedian, actor and writer who has his own BBC Radio 4 series “The Many Wrongs of Lord Christian Brighty”. His show PLAYBOY was one of the best-reviewed shows of the Edinburgh Fringe 2022, and sold out runs at the Pleasance Courtyard and Soho Theatre. The show was nominated for the Amused Moose Best Show award as well as Best New Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival. In 2021, his TikTok sketches based on Bridgerton, Poldark and Jane Austen catapulted him to viral stardom, racking up a combined 100 million views. These sketches have been featured on Buzzfeed, BBC Online, and even broadcast on American TV Network MSNBC gaining him 475,000 followers and quickly securing his place as the internet’s answer to Mr Darcy. .

  • Major-General Chapman joined the British Army in September 1980. He joined 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (2 PARA) and fought in the Falklands campaign, including the Battle of Goose Green. He stayed with 2 PARA until May 1985 which included his first Northern Ireland tour. In 1994 he returned to 2 PARA as a company commander for an 18 month operational tour in Belfast, prior to becoming 2IC 1 PARA and was promoted to Lt Col in March 1996. In July 1998 he became SO1 Operations in NI, and went on to command 2 PARA from August 1999-December 2001. His tour as CO included a NI reinforcement tour and the weapons collection mission (OP BESSEMER) in Macedonia. He was promoted to Colonel in December 2001 and appointed Colonel Military Operations 2 in the MoD (dealing with Counter Terrorism). As a Brigadier, he commanded 19 Mech Bde from 2003-2005, prior to becoming the last COS in NI (his fifth NI tour). He was Head of Counter Terrorism and UK Operations in the MoD from 2007-2010. In 2010, he became the Senior British Military Advisor to US Central Command. His post military career has involved writing a successful book, Notes From A Small Military .

  • Archie Henderson is an award-winning writer, actor, musician, and creator of viral comedy character Jazz Emu, whose videos and songs have garnered over 50 million streams. He was named as the 26th out of 50 funniest comedians of the 21st Century by The Telegraph. His musical character comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022 (Jazz Emu: You Shouldn’t Have), was included on The Telegraph’s “Top Shows To See At The Edinburgh Fringe”, and the British Comedy Guide’s “Best Reviewed Shows At The Edinburgh Fringe”. In late 2022, he took the show to the main stage of London’s Soho Theatre for a week’s sell-out run, receiving stellar reviews.   • Elvis McGonagall is a stand-up poet, comedian and broadcaster. Two series of his sitcom “Elvis McGonagall Takes A Look On The Bright Side” have been broadcast on BBC Radio 4 where he appears regularly as well as popping up occasionally on the television. Elvis is the 2006 World Poetry Slam Champion, the compere of The Blue Suede Sporran Club and performs at literary and music festivals, comedy and cabaret clubs, pubs and dodgy dives up and down the country and abroad, including appearances at: Edinburgh Fringe and Glastonbury Festival where he was poet-in-residence in 2007. Elvis also gigs with his band The Resurrectors “an unholy marriage of radical stand-up poetry and Caledonian punkabilly rock ‘n roll”. In 2015 Elvis made the “Hot 100” - The List magazine’s annual run-down of Scotland’s “hottest cultural contributors”. A collection of his poems from 2003 to 2017 entitled “Viva Loch Lomond!” was published in 2017 and a second volume entitled “Complete & Utter Cult!” was published in December 2020.

  • Chelsea Birkby's highly-acclaimed debut comedy hour No More Mr Nice Chelsea won Best Debut at the Amused Moose Awards, was nominated for Best Show at the Comedian's Choice Awards, was listed in the funniest jokes of the fringe in The Times and The Telegraph and transferred for a sell-out run at London's Soho Theatre.   • Reginald D. Hunter is a comedian who’s TV appearances have included Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 out of 10 Cats, Live at the Apollo, QI and Have I Got News For You? He also filmed two series of the BBC2’s hugely popular Reginald D Hunter’s Songs Of The South & Songs of The Border, documenting his epic road trip through 150 years of American popular song.He reached the final of So You Think You Are Funny in 1998 during his first visit to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and was nominated for The Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer in 2002 for his debut full-length show I Am What I Am. He was then nominated for The Edinburgh Comedy Awards main prize in 2003 and 2004. In 2006 he won the Writers’ Guild Award for Comedy. Reginald regularly tours the UK and Ireland and he has been seen by audiences around the world from America to Australia.

  • Mumbai-based Anirban Dasgupta is a stand-up comedian and screenwriter with a distinct comedic style. A former corporate salesman, Anirban has performed extensively in India and across the world including the prestigious Just For Laughs in Montreal and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. His first stand-up special Take It Easy was released on Amazon Prime Video to wide acclaim, as was Afsos, the dark comedy series he created, also on Prime. This year he makes his Edinburgh debut with his show Polite Provocation, where he explores three generations of his family back to British India, the birth of his daughter and the immediate question: what world did he bring his child into?.
