Are you a victim of hustle culture?
We all believe in the power of hustle and grind in helping us achieve our goals. But in the process of doing that, we tend to forget the most important things in life.

Before we can help others, we need to help ourselves too. One way of doing that is by showing kindness, care, and compassion to oneself.
But most of us fail to do that. Why does it happen and how can we practice kindness towards ourselves every day?
Let's talk more about that in this episode as I was joined again by Anne Silva, the CEO and Founder of Tanglaw Mental Health. Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcast, or Google Podcast! -
Sometimes, we unintentionally respond negatively when people open up to us. There are instances when we invalidate or downplay other people's thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This can be unhelpful, possibly even detrimental to one's mental health.
What we need is a more mindful and conscious reaction and action to become a better support to our loved ones. And that's what Anne Silva, the CEO and Founder of Tanglaw Mental Health, and I will discuss in this episode. Let's try to answer the questions, "How can I help" or "How can I support my loved ones?"
Join me in my munimunispace and share this episode with your friends! Don't forget to share your thoughts on this episode and message/tag me on Instagram, @munimunispace.

We all need validation. However, seeking too much external validation may affect your creative processes, as well as your perception of self-worth.

When you’re starting a passion project or maintaining one, having negative thoughts and self-doubt is inevitable.
"I don't have time to do it."
"I don't know how and where to start."
"I'm not good enough."
"I'm scared to put myself out there."
and the list goes on.
For this episode, let's talk about passion projects and the different stages and thoughts that we can encounter. I also shared some reminders on how to overcome those negativities.
I have some questions for you in the end. You can share your thoughts with me on Instagram, @munimunispace. -
In this women's month episode, we are celebrating empowered women who are taking small steps toward change.

13 years of being a couple. 5 years of that was spent in a long distance relationship. Adjusting to a new set up was not easy but living in that reality everyday is definitely harder. But we keep on learning and finding (fun) ways to make our LDR work.
And one of the ("fun") things we do - talk about random things like discussing-slash-arguing about some LDR beliefs / myths that we know before we enter this new chapter of our relationship. It was a fun way for us to celebrate the Valentine's Day last week!
