  • In this episode of the Hello Seven podcast, Rachel Rodgers goes deep with Po-Hong Yu, founder of Big Red Alchemy. Po is a spiritual mentor and transformational coach with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, helping women founders, CEOs, and leaders grow through somatic healing, microdosing, and other holistic practices. She’s built a solid base of loyal 1-on-1 clients who trust her as their go-to advisor.

But here’s the deal: Po is on a mission to hit 7-figure status. She’s ready to scale, but to get there, she thinks she needs a waitlist packed with hungry clients. Is that the move? Or is there a smarter strategy for Po to reach her million-dollar goal? Rachel is here to challenge the approach and dig into what really works.

In this episode, Rachel and Po cover:
    – How effective is a waitlist, really?
    – Why you need to focus on high-ticket clients.
    – How to stop overcomplicating and start scaling.
    – The steps to 10x your business.
    – How turning your business into a simple math equation makes you more money.
    And so much more!

If you’re ready to scale but unsure of your next move, this episode is a must-listen. So grab your notebook, tune in, and get ready to level up!

  • Is it possible to be a millionaire AND ethical? Let’s discuss this controversial topic! At last year’s ROI Summit, Hello Seven’s Rachel Rodgers was joined by Sonya Rennee Taylor and Rachel Cargle to get to the bottom of this question. Together, they talk about changing your relationship with money, how to spend money guilt free, using wealth for good, and whether it is possible to be moral and rich.

Rachel Cargle is a prominent social justice activist, author, and speaker known for her work at the intersection of race and feminism. She gained national attention in 2017 after a photo of her at the Women's March went viral. She founded The Loveland Foundation in 2018, which provides free therapy to Black women and girls. Rachel is also the creator of The Great Unlearn, a self-paced learning platform that focuses on the teachings of BIPOC scholars. • Ever dreamt of turning your passion into your income stream? We’ve all been there. But what’s stopping you from actually doing it?

One person who’s turned their passion into their full time income is Jeff Jenkins. Jeff Jenkins is an award-winning content creator, travel journalist, TV host, and entrepreneur. Named one of Travel + Leisure’s 50 Notable People in Travel, he is the founder of Chubby Diaries and co-founder of Black Travel Alliance.

Rachel caught up with Jeff at the ROI summit to hear more about where his love of travel originates from, and how he’s made this hobby into an unshakable 6-figure career.

For every year that Jeff worked as a high school choir teacher, he told himself he would quit. But he couldn’t do it until his stepfather died of a heart attack at 54. Shaken to his core, he reevaluated his life and ultimately reconnected with his childhood love for exploration. Today, he is living his dream, exploring the world, and inspiring others to do the same. So, what’s stopping you?
