When Natalie first came to me, she was beyond frustrated. Sheâd been doing all the thingsâeating clean, working out, skipping snacksâbut instead of feeling better, she was ...
- exhausted all the time
- experienced "foggy brain": she felt like she had pregnancy brain all the time!
- wired but tired and couldn't sleep at night
- gaining weight especially stubborn midsection weight gain that felt like came on overnight
At 41, her body just didnât seem to respond like it used to, and she felt like nothing she tried was working.
In our first session, Natalie admitted sheâd been skipping breakfast, drinking coffee to get through the morning, and eating very little for the remainder of the day. It sounded familiarâbecause Iâd been there too.
We made a plan together: no more skipping breakfast. Instead, sheâd start her day with a protein-packed meal to fuel her body. We also swapped those intense workouts for something gentler on her metabolism, like strength training and walking.
And within three months? Natalie hit her first weight loss goalâshe lost 9 pounds! She had more energy, fewer cravings, and started to feel like herself again.
