Melvinegar, the guy who did everything. He started selling Char Kuey Teow then went on to be an engineer for aircrafts and medical equipments. At this point, he was set for life with a stable income, but he decided to quit his 9-5 and give social media a shot. Well, he did it. With 131k followers on TikTok, he became an overnight success. Meet a dear friend of mine, Tan Tee Tjun or Tjun for short. He's a lawyer, happily married with two kids and he's ranked black belt in jiu-jitsu. I got him on the pod to share how his journey is being a stage 4 cancer patient. Even though it hasn't been an easy feat for him, he chooses to see hope instead of being defeated; wanting to 'fight off' cancer which made me wonder "Like That Can Meh?"
