This week, on your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast, we decided it was about time we talked to unique guest and certified fast guy Kreece Elliott!! From a first track day at 11 years old on a not so small Ducati, to racing Moto America, and racing locally on an R1 Kreece seems like he's already done it all!! Luckily he isn't anywhere near done yet and still has plans for a future in motorcycle racing as he makes his way up in bike sizes and up the ranks in the United States. Colorado has a limited riding season with all the snow and cold in the winter, so we'll get to hear plenty more stories than just those of his local racing. From traveling down to California in the winter, to traveling out to the east coast for multiple Moto America rounds, this episode is truly coast to coast!!! Sit back and enjoy as we get a look into the young racer's life!!

BMW saw all of the concepts of the 2025 M1000RR with much larger wings, and well, they made them true. Not only did the M1000RR get bigger wings and more HP but the S1000RR also got a few upgrades, that also include bigger wings and more HP. But besides BMW and their new bike upgrades for the coming year, MotoGP continues to give us amazing battles and an almost never ending title fight. Martin and Bagnaia gave us some of the best battling MotoGP has seen in a long time, although only for the first 5 laps it was definitely amazing to watch. The other news we have is the official change of the last round due to natural disaster events in Valencia, we will end the season in Barcelona. Who will win? Martin could be the first satellite championship winner ever, Bagnaia could retain his 2 year running title, or lose it moving into the 2025 season. Much excitement awaits and we're here to tell about it all!!

From down under we bring the recap of an amazing and exciting weekend of motorcycle racing!! This week's MotoGP "daredevils" took on one of the top favorite tracks of motorsport enthusiasts world wide, and delivered an epic battle for victory at Phillip Island! From qualifying 2nd to losing it quickly in both and sprint and the race, then regaining places to fight at the top, Marc Marquez definitely left it all on the table to prove he still belongs and deserves his ride next year!! Jorge Martin did not disappoint either, with a lap fast enough to put him on pole, he fought hard to keep ahead of the reigning world champion and score some much needed points before moving forward to the final 3 rounds of the season. In the northern hemisphere we crowned a new world champion "The Alien" Toprak completed what was needed to prove that both he and BMW do have what it takes to run with the top dogs and secure a season full of wins!!

While we'll always still cover MotoGP, this week Japan had some "normal" racing that didn't bring too much excitement. Marc Marquez did not set a lap record so we'll definitely touch on that, but besides that and both he and Martin moving toward the front from way back there wasn't a ton going on. In other news and in a different part of the world World SuperBike remains "superior" racing with excitement for the full length, all the way up to a .003 second win!! To wrap things up this week, Yamaha announced a new motorcycle the R9, and we've got some things to say about it. Despite Yamaha trying to keep some things secret about their new 2025 model, it's pretty easy to speculate what those secret numbers will be, and the biggest question is where this bike will live in the club racing world!! Questions that remain to be answered but are great to ponder on! So sit back and relax as we unwrap another great episode of your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast!!

This week we decided to bring in some special guests and talk about their experiences as amateur racers with USBA!! With all three, Kohl, Rick, and Dan moving from yellow numbers this season, to rocking a white background in the upcoming 2025, we'll talk through what got them there, and the hiccups they encountered along the way! Club racing is definitely not an easy endeavor, or a cheap one. From injuries, to bike problems, and even how mindset and goals change throughout a season, we'll cover just about everything. If you're thinking of club racing, or maybe you did your first "season" and want to push it further next year, this episode is definitely worth a listen!! Besides that as always a good chat centered around motorcycles and racing never disappoints!! So buckle up and enjoy another amazing episode of your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast!!!

Moto America has officially come to an end for 2024 so it's time for a little season recap! From the start of the season it appeared that we would have a repeat of the previous years, but the Red Mist rose to the fight and secured himself another championship win after 11 years without! Beyond Josh ending an 11 year drought for himself he also secured Ducati their first in 16 years!! Outside of Moto America we travel across the pond to cover the weekend with WSBK where Toprak continues to gain the points he needs to also secure a championship. Most would say he has that nailed down, but the season is far from over and anything could happen. In the land of Moto GP we had quite the weekend with Jorge Martin making everyone question his odds of winning a championship on the Ducati. Meanwhile on Sunday Marquez and Bastianini both lost some hefty points in the fight due to DNF's.

Motorcycle racing in Utah is officially over for 2024 and with the end of the season came a perfect streak for our favorite guest host Anthony "Lugnut" Norton!! So we decided to get him on the show and talk about what an amazing season it was and how he did it!! From breaking into the 1:29's on the west, to backwards wheels, and some secrets into a new tire on the Dunlop lineup we definitely talked about it all!! Don't be fooled though, we also covered plenty of other racing all over the world taking us from Italy with MotoGP, to a different part of Italy with WSBK, and even diving into the dirt world a little to talk about the end of the SuperCross season! This episode is a long one, but it truly does have it all so make sure you set apart some time to get a good listen!! And if we didn't mention it, of course we had another great weekly tip from Bittinger Motorsports which is always awesome to be able to discuss with a top athlete like Lugnut!!

This week we bring you a very special episode as we partner with Joe Adams from Slick Talk Podcast (Powered by Blackstone Laboratories)!!! Located in Indiana USA, Blackstone Labs analyses all sorts of oil and honestly just fluids in general, but one of those items specifically is motorcycle oil!! Here at JKMoto Podcast we've always been curious how often you actually need to change the oil on a race/track bike as opposed to a "street" motorcycle. Often when searching the marketplace or talking to club racers and junkies alike, you'll see that oil is changed after every day that a motorcycle spends on the race track. Whether or not that is an exaggerated frequency, or people are actually changing their oil that often, we decided to call in an expert and see what they had to say! Not only about oil change frequencies, but also what other awesome benefits you can gain from oil analysis! So enjoy this weeks episode with "Blackstone Joe" Adams and send them a sample to see what the overall health of your oil and motorcycle engine actually is!!

Last week we missed Kohl as he was off on grand adventures racing motorcycles in the High Plains of Colorado!! Legion Superbike, a brand new traveling race series based in Colorado held their "last" round at High Plains Raceway and Kohl was out there to check it out. So if you're looking to hear all about his experience and being High in the Plains while racing motorcycles this is the episode for you!!! Beyond just Kohls' awesome weekend we did have another week in a row of Moto GP racing, and since we didn't cover MotoGP last week, we had a lot to catch up on!! When we say a lot to catch up on, we're mostly talking about all the drama that has occurred over the last two weeks. A certain rider has, after quite a period of drought, found him self back on the top and won not just 1 but 2 races in a row now! This "new" success from Marquez has struck some chords across the paddock and is of course all the talk. But hidden in the background is just the simple drama of two very talented Ducati riders continuing to hand the championship lead back and forth between them! So make sure you stick around for the entire episode, there is a lot to unwrap this week!! https://www.bittingermotorsports.com/ (Weekly Tip: Sorting Fact from Fiction) MotoGP Fantasy League Code: CVYZ2MY7 (log onto MotoGP Fantasy and enter code or search JKMoto Podcast) https://fantasy.motogp.com/

As we approach the fall/winter season of 2024 we thought it would be time to check in with Josh Bittinger down and Texas and see what he's been up to. If you thought he was just hanging out down there not doing much, think again!! From moving his head quarters to track side, working with MSRH to build a better facility, all the way to kicking off a new youth training program for America this man has been busy!! Among these awesome updates we'll also get some updates from the Ridesmart side of the house as they make some larger footprints across the country! Maybe the best part of having Josh in house for this week's episode is being able to discuss the weekly riding tip with the author first hand, and this week we even had a Bonus Tip for Coaches!! Enjoy this week's episode as we dive into what has changed in the motorcycle world for Texas and for us all!!

This week we decided it was about time we walked you through the ins and outs of your first season of club racing!! Maybe you've been thinking about it for a while, or maybe you just started track days but gained some speed quick and know that's the next step. Whatever the case, we're here to give you a quick rundown on how that process looks, and what steps you will need to take for you and your bike! Not only is there the physical side of building a race bike and acquiring your race license, racing entails quite a large mental game, and the 1st season can operate much smoother with some planning and forethought put in!! From the beginning there is so much to wrap your head around and to think about before you tackle the amazing addiction that is Club Racing motorcycles!!! So we decided to share some of our experiences and knowledge on the subject before the winter so you can have plenty of time to accomplish everything and be ready for winning in 2025!!

JKMoto: a weekly motorcycle podcast for the everyday rider, covering current bike and racing news, specializing in Track Days, Club racing, and great entertainment. We Truly do it all! Another week down and another great week of motorcycle racing all over the world!!! MotoGP continues another great season of two very talented riders trading who holds the top place week after week, but another rider is slowly emerging from behind. Does Bastianini have enough time left in the season or is it too late? Does he even have the talent to give it a fighting shot? Another big question that will remain unanswered until next season is just how much talent Marc Marquez has left in the tank, and whether he will be able to show it next year on the top Ducati equipment on the grid!! Much to still be answered and we're here to deliver it all. Back home here in America we had quite an eventful weekend at Mid Ohio returning after a long absence, was Josh Herrin just lucky to have raced there in the past, or does he have the talent to pull off a championship win this 2024 season? Will rain continue to affect Moto America at almost every race? Beyond all the racing of course we'll give you any and all coverage of our own riding adventures which took place this week at the infamous Road Atlanta!!!

This week we bring you yet another amazing episode from your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast! From weather to movie critiques to race coverage, we fit it all in there. MotoGP's championship this year remains extremely tight in the point leaving many of us wondering who will actually take the title, there are still quite a few races left and the top two are definitely the most likely, but there are others starting to stretch their colors a little. With the nearing of the end of the season we do also have a few 2025 rides to wrap up and decide where everyone on the grid this year will race for next season. On the other side of world motorcycle racing we have another perfect weekend for Toprak on his unstoppable BMW!! Beyond racing this week, we did have a new motorcycle movie hit the world, specifically one on club racing that we think is probably worth checking out, but don't hold your breath for it!!

Another special episode this week brought to you from Utah Motorsports Campus!! Also joining us this week is our favorite guest host once again Anthony "Lugnut" Norton! We spent an amazing, (very hot) weekend out at the track completing a track day and a very successful, all over the pit, 2 days of racing!!! Racing and the track day both took place on the East course at UMC this weekend, and new personal best laps were being set all over the place! Along with the PB's of course we had race wins right next to them! But lap records, and race wins were not all that is in our big news this week!! Many race wins at every round in a season tend to add up and those eventually lead to a big piece of news! Along with that a certain member of the JKMoto Team that everyone has been waiting for news on a race license from has some big news to share!!! So to leave it in suspense make sure you tune in to the full episode and enjoy another weekly show from your favorite Motorcycle Podcast!!!

In the motorcycle racing world this week we had a Race of Champions hosted by Ducati to close out their World Ducati Week at Misano. An all new Ducati Panigale V4S meant Ducati needed to prove the bikes worth and had all their current riders on a world stage race a 10 lap showdown at the famed Italian circuit! With only a few minor changes to make them racing safe, these bikes are all on the same suspension with the same engines, the same brakes, and the exact same rider setup no matter which champion is sitting in the saddle. For the world this meant we get to see Marquez and Bagnaia compete on the same equipment, for us at JKMoto Podcast it meant we got to see what type of excuses different riders make for not winning a non-point gaining race. From Martin being in the back of the pack, to Bautista being passed by almost the entire field there was much to consider when figuring out if these riders were trying or not. Whatever the case we're here to tell you all about it in another great episode of your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast!!!

Join us this week for a special episode of your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast filmed at none other than The Compound itself!! We found ourselves together this week (and the next few to come) and decided it best to head out to where the magic happens and talk a little bit about that magic. Or maybe just the Mayhem Recovery. That's right this week's episode theme is Mayhem Recovery while Racing or RMR as we like to call it, and we're going to cover a little bit about the behind the scenes of club racing the the commitment that it actually is. A club racer is a special type of person with an extreme amount of dedication and tenacity, we've learned through our time that it takes both those things and more to run even one race weekend, let alone an entire season. So sit back and relax as we cover the amazing sport that is motorcycle racing and provide you with that sweet sweet great entertainment!!!

This week we decided, rather than just covering some more motorcycle racing with your two favorite hosts, we'd bring on a special guest to give us the run down on suspension. John Hutchinson from P1 Racing is an expert bike builder and complete with a mechanical engineering degree and many years of experience we'd definitely call him a suspension guru as well. Beyond suspension and bike building John considers himself a psychologist of sorts as sometimes it takes a little more than just mechanical brains to effectively talk to a motorcycle racer. More importantly John is here to teach us all about suspension on a motorcycle and why it's so important when it comes to riding as fast as possible. Beyond that he'll give us plenty of details on what else needs changed on a modern race bike, and some opinions on the best racing bikes ever built!!

Another week down, and another amazing episode of your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast. Of course we're going to bring you amazing coverage of this weeks MotoGP round at the Sachsenring!! Or at least our thoughts and opinions on the happenings of the weekend, and what a weekend that was!! From two brothers on the podium, to a change in the championship lead and some big wrecks and surprising results we talk about it all!! Pecco got lucky with a Sunday win, but was it truly luck, or is the robot the perfect pressure cooker? Martin was headed for another perfect weekend until late in the race when a small mistake left him 10 points behind the 2 time world champion. From MotoGP in Germany we move into Round 4 of USBA and the wild weekend there! Some carnage left a few bikes with scrapes and bruises, but another healthy weekend of racing for the Utah club was definitely had! All this and more in this weeks episode so sit back relax and enjoy!!!

This week we bring you coverage of the latest race in Assen with MotoGP!! But not only race coverage, between races the riders, crews, and manufacturers have all been working hard to ensure that every MotoGP fan is thoroughly confused on what to expect in 2025. This years silly season has definitely been one for the books, and some large changes have been made all throughout the paddock!! Beyond that the Cathedral of Speed was not the most exciting race, but definitely interesting with the battle of tire pressure which finally ended up as a loss for Marc Marquez. Beyond that Bagnaia continues to squeeze the gap between himself and Martin applying more and more pressure to see if he'll pop. From the other side of the water and quite literally opposite side of the world we also bring you some coverage of Moto America at The Ridge Motorsports Park. June and the Pacific Northwest issued quite a strange batch of weather leaving many of the racers on "the wrong tire" for the race, when rain falls does the ground get wet? To finish it all up, except we actually discussed it at the beginning, we will also talk a little smack on Formula 1 because we are bike people after all!!
