  • Fasts are not used as a weight loss only tool, in fact I don't use fasting at all for that benefit. My favourite at the moment is leaning into a 24 hour gut reset fast, which I do once a month. I no longer have highly painful periods due to endometriosis and my skin, nail and hair growth is better than ever. And I literally thank it to these magical fasts.
    Learn how to optimise this fast by breaking it with certain protocols, and the science behind why it works so well.
