No summer booty or hot girl summer B/S here my friends. As widely featured in Vogue, Goop, The Sunday Times, New York Post, Elle, Grazia, Harpers Bazaar, British Vogue and the BBC, introducing Sanctum. A "happening" that incorporates movement, breath work, meditation and chanting as a means to connect with your mind and spirit. In their classes, you are a co-creator of the experience; together you build and release energy.
This week Anthea sits down with Luuk Melisse and Gabriel Olszewski, a powerful team in both life and business and founders of the nomadic global community called Sanctum. Together they masterminded the technique of altering body frequencies, within a class.
Led by the mindset of reinvention, the pair identified a deep lack of purpose within the fitness industry. They discovered the blend of Eastern well-being practices with the world of Western modern fitness methods would create an unmatched sequence to empower the body and expand the mind.
Hear their respective stories and follow the movement. The future is now.

TRIGGER WARNING: This episode contains content mentioning suicide, disorderly eating, obsessive compulsions and alcohol & drug abuse.
"Addiction is neither a choice nor primarily a disease. It originates in a human being’s desperate attempt to solve a problem: the problem of emotional pain, of overwhelming stress, of lost connection, of loss of control, of a deep discomfort with the self. In short it is a sad attempt to solve the problem of human pain", (Maté 2008, p. 14).
This week Anthea sits down with Dane Ensley, a former addict in recovery for 11 years and counting, a leader in mental health coaching and founder of Reconstruction UNLTD, a global agency that connects you with mental health practitioners to combat your addiction. Dane's story inspires so much hope for those grappling with their addiction, once being a former teen dealer and addict in downtown Los Angeles himself. He has the core belief that good things can be born from struggle, a belief that I too strongly share.
Anthea also outlines some of her behavioural addictions and substance abuse during her lowest of lows in her bout of postpartum depression and burnout with her first baby.

Introducing, career and transformational life coach, Brooke Taylor. Brooke was named a ‘top career coach to watch’ by the Australian Business Journal in 2021, is a former Googler and winner of the Google Global Sales Award. She did this whilst also advising the launch and growth of thousands of businesses online.
