Trauma can take many guises and it can take years, even decades to realise that you've been affected by an experience. Taking time to be more mindful by slowing day is an effective way to begin coping with trauma and colour can help.
In this episode Colour Expert Momtaz Begum-Hossain explains 3 ways you can use colour to heal trauma.
If you are affected by deep traumas that are affecting your mental health please seek professional help. This podcast features my opinions as a colour therapist, they will not 'stop trauma' but they can alleviate some of the difficulties.
