I discovered the Street Foxes at a Sofar Sounds show in Valencia. From the moment they began playing, I was surprised by their incredible harmonies, which come from their undeniable chemistry. Seeing them perform live brings a sense of joy.
And their music? It's a soulful blend of harmonies and groovy sax riffs that takes listeners on a journey. It's hard to describe their genre, but one thing is certain - they have a sound that's all their own.
In this episode of Here&There, you'll (re)discover the music and the story of Ceci and Liam. It's a story of partnership and love - for each other and for music. They open up about the challenges of earning a living as musicians after starting out as buskers, and how music can be a powerful tool for expressing emotions and sparking meaningful conversations.

Alper Tuzcu was born in Istanbul, Türkiye.
He spent much of his childhood between there and Türkiye’s beautiful Mediterranean coast. Then, he moved to the Spanish city of Valencia, and later to the US... always following the music.
His songs portray these memories and the many places he has been… like an audible diary where he keeps all his travel stories.
We can hear flamenco from Spain, cumbia from Colombia and everything in between. Alper creates music that transcends cultural borders.
Now he is a recognized figure in the international music scene… voting at the Grammy Awards and working with the very best in the business. He is also an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music.
Here is his story.

Todd-art was born in Guadeloupe, a French island in the Caribbean Sea.
Although this island is small, it has a mix of people from all around the world. This multiculturalism defines him and influences his mind and his music.
His father, a musician, gives him his love for music. A passion that Todd-art is gonna explore and develop in Montreal with a bachelor in music.
There, he produces his first album, a Jazz fusion in which he can mix everything he loves: reggaeton, Caribbean rhythms and jazz.
But, his craving to discover the world is still big. So in 2020, he packs for a trip which is going to take him to Namibia first and through 12 countries.
Here is his story.
