When Jessica initially applied for 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, she felt like she had hit a plateau with her progress and was navigating unwanted weight gain. She was using the tools she had to prioritize her health, but wasn’t seeing results that appropriately reflected the time and energy she was putting in.
