Do you have a dream that you have tried to pursue, but you feel like you're banging your head against a wall and not getting anywhere?
I've seen in my life that if I can't have what I currently want, I may sit and pout. Well, yeah, that's about as helpful as watching paint dry!
What I see now is that if I can't currently have one dream, I simply can just pick another and pursue it.

Do you struggle to do all or nothing?
Me TOO! You see, I realized that I lost all of my rhythm when I recently took a three-week vacation. I didn't write in my book, focus on my business, or do plenty of other things. When I got back it took me a month to get back in rhythm. However, I realized today that if I had just spent a few minutes each day doing those things, even on vacation, I would have maintained my momentum.
So even if you have 15, 5, or 3 minutes, doing what you need to even while on vacation, could be very beneficial. that I could have. I realized recently, what if I just spent a few minutes each day doing the things that I love to do?

Have you ever noticed and seen for yourself that when you are in the flow there is a certain Rhythm of life?
What if you could live in that flow and rhythm of life all the time?
Each of us has our own rhythm of life, and often, when we read a book or hear a guru talk to us, we try to copy their rhythm of life, which doesn't work for us. What if, instead, you could find your own rhythm of life that makes you the happiest and most productive? Today, I share how I've experimented and how I'm finding my flow and rhythm of life to inspire you to do the same.

What would your life be like if you put in the hours but with a sense of wonder and joy?
To achieve most things, in life, we do need to put in the time. However, most people put in the time in an attitude of drudgery and duty, what if you could live in a sense of wonder and joy, no matter what you were doing?

Do you use your imagination to think of wonderful things or not so wonderful things?
Recently, while at a training in London, I realized that i use my imagination less than 1% of the time to think of amazing, magical and wonderful things. This means I used it 99% of the time to think of unhelpful things. Today, I share something I learned of how we can flip our imagination and use it to think of wonderful things.

Would You Rather Be Listened To or Fixed?
Sometimes, we feel that the best thing to do when someone tells us about their lives is offer our best advice to fix it. But if you pause for a minute and ask yourself, has that ever really worked? You would see that the answer is no. However, if you just sit and listen to a person, you will be astounded by how good they will feel after the conversation, and so will you.
If you want to help someone, don't try to fix them, just listen.

If so, this episode is for you. So many of us spend so much time worrying about what other people are doing with their lives. Whether it's a car that cuts you off or won't let you merge or a child or friend that won't stop their bad habits. I would invite you to stop caring more than they do and you will find more peace in your life.
