This episode is given in the spirit of conscious choice and the weaving of realities. Way back when I gave the biggest disclaimer upon starting a show and I wanna hana HOU: I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE MY MIND! (I laugh AND im dead serious)
I do believe whole heartedly in the power of women coming together to support one another, to offer support and love and ALSO I believe it is a choice to call in FAMILY. There IS a sisterhood, there is a brotherhood, there is a GLOBAL ohana and STILL there is conscious choice to what those words, and those structures can mean to each individual.

I have been empty AND I am Filled.
and Life will continuously present us opportunities so be emptied and refilled again and again. This is the gift. This is the devotion, to stay in it. I offer this space as a place to Pour, to share what I have been filling up with.

huiiii! Aloha,
Long time, as in 5 1/2 months. I have been a little busy...picking up the pieces of my life since the Lahaina wild fires on August 8, 2023.
I'm not sharing my in depth experience yet, but I do share a story about something magical that happened to my family and I post fire...thanks be to GODDESS.
Although I am having to start from scratch in sooo many areas of my life, I am so thankful to have this space to pick up where I left of, and continue the work that is dear to my heart.
I'm excited to be baaaack. I cant tell you how much it means to me for those who have supported our family during a time of great loss. of our home and our town.

In our world, we are told we must COMMIT, FOLLOW THROUGH, and my favorite PUSH through. We clap for the big finishes and rightfully so. Its amazing to work hard, and achieve! And in the midst of striving for achievement, belonging, love we accept some truths about "WHAT IT TAKES"Hereʻs where working in an embodied way has taken me: For far to long as women we have been taught to unconsciously reject and dim our feminine essence. Which overrides our NATURAL timelines, Which overpowers our deep inner knowing... which has us believing that WE are COMPLETELY IN control and that pushing, suffering, ENDURING will have us happy and thriving in the END. Never in my life did I ever think I, Uʻilani , a girl who was a staunch Mormon girl, who lived to be GOOD, and being Liked meant more than anything else, would be speaking and teaching and leading in the ways I do now.
Todayʻs episode I invite you listen when you have time to do your own grounding work. To have a space to breathe, and hold yourself if what I share brings constriction in your body. Take breaks if needed as well. Maybe I talk about ME but really this is a WE conversation.
So much of what we have deemed as "normal" not having confidence, not loving ourselves, not being able to speak for our needs, our desires, sexual or not not being able to fully surrender isnt actually normal... and as we are in this season of remembering and reclaiming parts of our stories and identities, the part that so often gets left out of the conversation is reclaiming our innate Sexuality, and its own indivisual expression, because literally, we have all been hijacked by the patriarchy and colonialism especially in the Islands.
I talk about what trauma healing is from the perspective in the tantric approach and how the path can be simplified by our willingness to FEEL again...

Today Im joined with my Best friend and support Queen Kawai Ah Quin who is interviewing ME
She and I began our embodiment journeys together exactly one year ago and so I am on the other side of the conversation ready to fill in the fragmented pieces of my unbecoming journey.
I am sharing my personal experiences, but trusting that what is personal is always universal and maybe a few of you will feel seen in your own path, that although sometimes misunderstood is very necessary.
My entry into Goddess began a year into my decent into my own "dark night of soul" and have never shared fully what was really happening in the back round... until TODAY.
So often we share our exciting beginnings and our triumphant "arrivals". But this is a personal look into the VOID. The unraveling and learning to truly as I always say BE more.
Beyond sharing my journey, I also share about what is "Gentle Business" and why you will be hearing about that more and more...

"If I only stopped making excuses"
"If I just push a little harder, get up a little earlier, stay up a little later..."
IF you have found you say these things often, this one is for you. Being a Female IN Business doesnʻt mean you have a feminine business. Maybe you donʻt even want one, but in this world of constant striving and PUSHING , letʻs talk about maybe Why you want to choose a new way. a new way that returns you to the OLD way.
The way in which we as women remembered to trust. Trust in ourselves, Trust in our bodies, trust in the spirit and trust in our Divine Timing, beyond words.
I hope this episode opens up curiosity NOT judgement. We are all unlearning and untangling and creating a more nourishing place for women to thrive, be it as leaders or just by example, and for that, I am so proud of US. xx, Uʻilani

A year ago I had no languaging around Embodiment or what it truly meant to live as Divine Feminine. I was a mentor. I had been a stylist, I taught people how to make money AND the secret to all my success came by way of diving into the INNER work.
No matter what I was leading, I realize I had ALWAYS been an intuitive coach. Knowing that self help and personal development is great, but ultimately our answers were and are ancestral and INSIDE of us.
It was this SENSE beyond what was "logical". and I get that we live in a society that prefers it to be so:
Thinking > Feeling
Head> Heart
Logic > Intuition
Rational > Mystical
Yet a year ago I found myself in my 1st Goddess Yoga Class, a womens sensual flow centered around Embodiment. and there it was. The piece I knew I had always yearned for. The words. The practice. The Homecoming.
In todayʻs episode I share WHY I am not a "life coach" no shade, but not my style.
Why cultivating our sensuality and embodied work will serve every aspect of our life
How Embodiment is our natural state and the true doorway to confidence, healing and self trust.
If you feel I have been speaking a "foreign language this year" in so many ways you are right. Because Embodiment can be mistaken for "sexy dancing" or more mindset.
I invite you to take a listen, especially if you are a leader of any kind and desire to live in your authenticity daily. We can restore balance in this world. and it is NOt through our doing but understanding and the practice of BEING in harmony with our incredible Vessels.

If there was gold medal given out for being the ultimate People Pleaser, trust me I would have earned a ton! So in todays episode I want you to know Im not calling you out, Im calling you in.
This conversation is looking at the ways we stay in an agreement to honor others before our own desires.
We feel when we TRY to play a bigger game we owe some kind of explanation which is much more draining than attempting anything more for our lives.
So consider this a wake up call because It was mine, to STOP letting your people pleasing ways get in THE WAY of you showing up fully this year for all that is on your heart and in your path already! xx Uʻilani
