Hermen's journey into running began during his time in prison when ParkRun introduced a program allowing prisoners to participate in a weekly 5K. Initially, he joined simply to get out of his cell, but it quickly became a passion that transformed his life.
Now, Hermen shares his love for running with hundreds of individuals through his run club 'Made Running' and reaches thousands more via social media. His dedication to educating young people, aiming to prevent them from making the same mistakes he did at a young age, is truly inspiring.
