A sixteenth century soldier-turned-saint, Ignatius of Loyola, was committed to the idea of finding God in all things – in every sadness and joy, challenge and opportunity, God is at work in our lives.
It’s harder to see that at some times than at others, especially when you’re in the midst of a life-changing situation. But what if you looked back at an experience, however it turned out, and really tried to see where God was at work? Would it have changed anything if you could see that at the time? Does it change how you think about things now?
Julia Corcoran speaks to a series of guests and asks them what they wished they had known before they went through a formative experience – bereavements, career changes, family shake-ups and many more. In finding points of connection with their stories, you might benefit from their reflections on events that transformed them, which might prompt a change in you, too.

The Loft is a progressive Christian community that is unapologetically inclusive. If you're curious about what a socially and politically progressive Christianity looks like, this podcast is for you.
This podcast is the edited audio from our weekly Sunday gathering of people who are interested in following Jesus’ spiritual path of radical compassion.
Their are four values that inform and help form our community:
- Conversation is the center of our gatherings. We facilitate a conversational approach to thinking about and living out our faith together.
- Belonging defines who we are and aim to be. We are not isolated individuals but people who belong in divine grace.
- Compassion is God’s love in action. It is in serving and helping others – we actively take the good news out into our city and the world.
- Decolonization is our theological approach. We are committed to the ongoing work of decolonizing Christianity in order to better love and serve the world. -
saint benedict’s table is a liturgical community in the Anglican tradition, deeply involved at the intersection of faith and culture. Along with posting our weekly Sunday sermons, we are creating new podcasts exploring themes and questions of interest both to the church and to the wider culture. Inspired by what Robert Webber called “the church’s ancient-future,” we draw deeply on the great liturgical, theological and spiritual traditions of our forebears as we explore new ground, new music, new ideas and new futures. Beauty in Battle is a high-energy conversation for married couples to help you energize your relationship, give you purpose, and draw you close to your spouse by turning the tension that divides you into energy that fuels you. In this podcast, Jason and Tori Benham share the stories of their relationship and the practical ways they turned conflict and quarrels into passion and purpose by leaning into their struggles rather than trying to avoid them. As a result, they discovered that fighting together drew them together. Their message is clear - you don’t need to stop fighting; you need to start fighting … the right way. When you and your spouse choose to no longer fight against each other in a personal battle but alongside one another in a spiritual war, the results are amazing as you begin to recognize your God-given purpose together. Laced with practical insights and easy-to-follow steps, our discussions will help you discover:* The number one relationship killer and how to stay away from it. * How to combat negative thinking toward your spouse. * The one key that will magnetize you to your spouse and your spouse to you.* How to win your love back when “you’ve lost that lovin’ feeling.”* Why there was a wedding crasher at the first marriage in history and how he showed up at your wedding too. We all fight. The question is, will you discover the beauty in battle? We're here to help you do just that!

This is the first Christian Podcast specifically designed for the unbeliever. The number one goal of this show is to change the way Christians view/treat the people who don't believe the same way they do and to create a safe environment for the unbeliever to be able to speak about how/why they came to believe what they do. We speak with people from all walks of faith I.E When creating this show we noticed that most Christian media was designed for the person who already believed in the Christian God so we decided to change that! This show is a crazy ride of emotions and an unmatched journey to learn how to love one another like Jesus commanded.
