  • Miguel Bautista is the founder of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CSF) Recovery.   • Sarah Kleiner is a coach in applied quantum biology and a circadian health expert. Sarah tried nearly every diet, from vegan and vegetarian to carnivore and beyond until finally understanding the root cause of her chronic inflammation and infertility.   • It's time for a midyear update! 2024 has been the most challenging time of my life, and I explain why in this episode.

    There has been a huge silver lining revealed to me in the last couple of weeks! I have had cortisol dysregulation for likely decades, and I wasn't sure what else to implement other than stress mitigation and sound nutrition.
