Intuitive parenting practices she incorporates in her own parenting include elimination communication and bed sharing.

Alyssa Brade and her husband had planned to be a childfree couple but as you can guess by their presence on our podcast, that is not what ended up happening! Alyssa had two surprise pregnancies and is now a mostly-stay-at-home mom/author. Alyssa plans to homeschool the boys given the challenges in her rural school district, and the potential for them to be subjected to racism as mixed-race kids.
Alyssa spends a lot of her free time connecting with other mothers and advocating for maternal wellness and community for parents. You can find her on Facebook and can find her book, Mommy Needs a Minute, on Amazon.
