The resting state of the body should be pain-free. We should not be sitting for more than thirty minutes a day and that thirty minutes should be on the floor. We also need to change our position every two minutes. We also should not be living in our fight and flight nervous system. However, with the workload we have in 2020, annoying co-workers, and narcissistic bosses - WTF should we do?
