With no news to announce regarding our own personal projects this week, as well as a brief layoff in finishing up another piece of these projects, we're going back to look at game trailers for a bit!
This week looks at the trailer for the wildly successful new launch from FromSoftware, Elden Ring. The last entry in the Soulsbourne genre, Elden Ring knocks it out of the park in a cinematic experience that gives just enough narrative to leave us in the masses drooling for more.

We're back to BTS with the short film! This week we have our Lead Actress, Asiana Weddington. If you didn’t know already, the story was originally cast with a male lead, but Asiana saved our bacon in the eleventh hour and brought our story to life in a way that we could never have even dreamed! It's a long way from our plan to originally have her play a PA.

The day has come! After a successful production with the Game Face short film, the wheels are turning for the feature. Peter has his first draft of the feature script completed and Mark has read it and John is reading it. This week Peter talks about the experience of writing a feature and breaks down some feedback with Mark.

At eConnXn, we dream big, and after finishing up the Game Face conceptual short film, and finishing writing the first draft of the full feature, it’s time to branch out even more. eConnXn has a new project incoming - Outer Harvest.
This week Peter and Mark are talking with John about our newest joing project, officially in design, Outer Harvest. In 2023 we hope to have a simulation/management game where you, the player, oversee a small scale asteroid mining operation.

This is our first week after the holiday break and we have our first guest in front of the camera, rather than behind, Chase Baker! Talented in so many more ways than one (he DJs!), we were beyond lucky to have Chase as talent in front of the camera for Game Face. This week we hear from him about his experiences in the industry as everything from being a PA, working in audio production to his passion for being on-screen.

We’re back on a correct order this week with Resident Evil 6. Widely panned for it’s strange change in tone and gameplay, this trailer stands up there with the best of them. Jason Bourne couldn’t do these stunts better himself.
