Welcome back to Daily cup of Prana! Today’s episode is the ancient practice of yoga nidra or non-sleep deep rest. This practice is a guided practice to support you if you’re feeling tired, anxious, overwhelmed and in need of grounding. The practice is about 45 minutes, so invitation to find a space where you can rest, and go inward without any distractions. Please grab any props of support you might need such as a bolster, blanket, pillow and an eye pillow. The practice of yoga nidra has been a critical element and tool on my healing journey and I am honored and grateful to share with my community! I hope you enjoy!
