This week Alan is joined by LOI and Shelbourne legend Tony "Shero" Sheridan. The lads look back at Tony glorious football path from Lourdes Celtic to Coventry and back to Shels. With some memorable goals along the way, dinks, chips and lobs Shero was a real fans favourite (even if you didn't follow the men from Tolka Park!)

Joining Alan and Stu this week is Tommy Higgins. After a turbulante few days for the club with a string of losses, Liam Buckley stepping down and a bounce back fantastic win over Derry, we were delighted to have Tommy join us.
The lads chat everything from where he sees Sligo and the league over the next few years, the developing of the ground, the search for a new first team manager and where football in the country should be going after the pandemic. A great listen from a passionate business man and a great character too. -
This week sees UCD manager Andy Myler jump into studio. The lads chat the season so far for students, the difference in playing top flight football, trying to hang on to such a young team and the bit of bad news that broke today on their star man.

This week Alan welcomes back his good pal Stu into studio and the lads discus last weekends events on the pitch (bad pitches!) and the breaking news that Stephen Bradley has been given permision to talk to Lincoln City about their vacant mangers position.
Also delighted to have new Rotherham goal hero (and Bohs favourite) Donegals Georgie Kelly on with us. He tells us about the past few months making the switch over to league 1 and about his debut last Sunday! -
Delighted to have former Shelbourne team mate on the pod this week, Dave Rodgers. The lads take a look back at some wonderful years in Tolka Park including wonder strike against Hajduk Split. (Who could ever forget!)
Also as the lads get back after a few weeks break, they discuss last weekends results and a full card last Monday too.
Plenty to chat about on this weeks pod and we'll also get the low dow on Alans new teeth, hair line and gastric band amongst other things! -
Alan is joined by TV Chef and Finn Harps fanatic Gary O Hanlon. Gary takes us through his playing days in Donegal, how some of his best friends were met through playing in the Boston and his fondness for Finn Harps!
No Stu with Alan this week but we get Gary's thoughts on how Finn Harps will get on against Shamrock Rovers this weekend. -
This week Al and Stu look back at an action packed weekend as Sligo Rovers came to Tallaght and grabbed a point, Drogheda took all 3 in the Louth derby, Derry City left it late but grabbed to get the winner against St Pats, Bohemians were held by UCD and Finn Harps had a great win on the road against Shelbourne.
And with no games coming up this weekend the lads take a look at the two Ireland friendlies. -
A busy one this week as they lads have two rounds of matches to get stuck into, but thankfully they have a Rolls Royce of a defender helping them out, Gary Buckley of Sligo Rovers.
A good night in Tallaght last Friday for the home side as Shamrock Rovers got the better of Bohs 1-0, Sligo Rovers racked up 6 goals in 2 games with wins over Finn Harps and Drogheda that sees them joint second with Derry City, but it was two good solid performances from St Pats that has them top of the pile after 6 games. -
Another busy weekend for Alan and Stu to get stuck into as St Pats beat Shamrock Rovers 1-0 in Inchicore, Finn Harps and Bohemians played out a 1-1 draw, Derry got the better over Shelbourne, Sligo and Dundalk also shared the points while Drogheda put 4 past UCD.
And to give the lads a helping hand this week is none other then Harry Cawley! -
This week Al and Stu are joined by Shels and Ireland defender Chloe Mustaki. Chloe has had a remarkable past few years overcoming Hodgkin's lymphoma and an ACL tear on her way to making her first Irish senior cap.
The lads also look back at a busy few days with two full rounds of fixtures from Friday and Monday. -
Alan & Stu look back at the first weekend of action as Shamrock Rovers & St Pats got off to winning ways, Dundalk & Derry shared the spoils at Oriel Park and storm Eunice had her say out west disrupting Sligo and Finn Harps first home game of the season.
