And just like that it’s Christmas Eve, Eve. Brenda’s intrusive thoughts are telling her to text an old flame & Julie wonders if Louis Theroux is in fact a horse. They both share their Christmas Day plans and one of them asks if London is 5 minutes ahead of Ireland. See if you can guess who before we listen…!
It’s a Christmas cracker of an episode.

Brenda searches for Coke Zero on a double decker and they both have fun at the Winter Wonderland fair even though Julie shares that she's afraid of the wave machine in Trabolgan. If you’ve ever been heartbroken this is the episode for you!
Brenda and Julie share some of their hardest breakups this week, plus we also have a brilliant interview for you as well with an incredible woman called Kayley Stead. Kayley came to international attention in 2022 when her fiance ran off on the morning of her wedding. Naturally Kayley was devastated but after shedding some tears, she regrouped and decided to turn the wedding reception into a full on solo celebration!
After we hear from Kayley, there’s more juicy chat, Brenda and Julie share their sins and wins of the week plus we’ve got some recommendations for you to enjoy.
We hope you love it & share with any friend who needs a boost after a breakup.

Julie flew into London this week to record with Brenda and catch up on another whirlwind week for our dashing duo. Julie tells us all about her romantic weekend away with Patty, the big toilet dilemma and taking off her special lipo pants. Brenda meanwhile, gave a huge talk at TUS Moylish Campus in Limerick and also got another step closer to realising her U.S dreams. But more importantly, they both spend a slightly worrying amount of time talking about lip tashes, chin hair and moles. But of course!

From the People’s Republic of Cork to the United States of America, this year Stephanie Rainey took a chance and stepped onto one of the world’s biggest stages. Her audition on America’s Got Talent got her ‘4000 yesses’ from Simon Cowell and she made it all the way to the quarter finals of the show. Sadly, that is where her AGT journey ended. But even though she didn’t win overall, being on the programme has opened up a worldwide audience to the Glanmire native.
In this conversation Stephanie shared with Brenda and Julie what it was like growing up in Cork, the real life tragedy that inspired her viral song Please Don’t Go and accidentally lying to Sofia Vergara about her age.

Some of you would have seen a lot of our guest Liam Walsh this week at our sold out show in September. In the Opera House, he went by his stripper name Frankie but strip away his stage name and there’s a very real person underneath.
In this interview Liam shares what it was like growing up on a council estate in Ballybeg in County Waterford and getting into trouble from a young age. Between the ages of 17 and 28 Liam was in and out of prison and detention amassing 89 convictions in total. He was caught in a seemingly endless cycle of addiction and bad choices until one day, Liam decided to change his life. Far from living a quiet life though, Liam has continued to live out loud and has stories that would make your hair curl - from swinging, to wild encounters on the job, this man has lived! We hope you enjoy.
P.S Headphones in for this one - it’s strictly over 18s only!
