His accomplishments include being part of the World Pizza Champions, receiving the prestigious 2019 Caputo Rising Star Pizzaiolo award at the Infamous Caputo Cup, and serving as Capo Pizzaiolo at the world-renowned Keste Pizza e Vino.
Now, as the Corporate Chef at Orlando Foods, Mimmo continues to push the boundaries of pizza-making while staying true to its authentic Italian roots. Join us as we talk about his journey, the art of pizza, and the passion behind true Neapolitan craftsmanship.
