This story should be a typical American dream chronicle. A child is brought to America, she overcomes adversity through hard work. She left for college only to return to her adopted city. She worked at and managed local non-profits and soon ran for political office. She was elected to the Boston City Council in 2021 and reelected in 2023. So what happened?
The majority of Bostonians were not aware that Tania Fernandes, married a convicted 1st degree murderer. The inmate, Tanzerious Anderson was already serving a life without parole for his senseless murder of an immigrant, when sometime in 2009 the duo wed.
In 2022 Tania hired her son and sister to her staff, despite being told not to, as it conflicts with nepotism laws. She persisted and eventually fired the family members, Fernandes Anderson was also forced to pay a fine of $5,000 to the ethics committee. There were also repeated issues of using campaign funds for personal trips to warehouse stores and restaurant visits. It's likely her political career is over and she may be headed to federal prison. The current charges stem from Fernandes-Anderson allegedly taking a kick back from a staffer, she had just given a bonus. She is facing five felony counts of wire fraud and theft. Ronald Brown was just sentenced to 100 years in prison, Yes, in Massachusetts. This crime story is utterly horrific. Mr. Brown is the reason of prisons.
During Mr. Brown's latest rampage in 2016, he raped one roommate and sexually assaulted another. He forced one victim to shower to eliminate forensic evidence, during this time he insulted her ethnicity. Thankfully Mr. Brown is a dunce and left a prescription bottle with his name and address on the bottle. Brown's backpack contained evidence of these assaults and other crimes. In 2002 Ally Zapp had a great date night on Boston Harbor. She went on a charity cruise and then a concert on the waterfront. She headed back toward Newport, Rhode Island. She stopped at a Burger King located in a rest stop on Route 24. Ally ran into a vile, convicted sex offender-rapist. Paul Leahy was 39yrs old and had 24 convictions on his record, including rape. Leahy cornered Ally in the ladies room and over nine minutes, he stabbed her countless times, as she begged, repeatedly for her life. Ally died in that Burger King bathroom, however an alert Mass State Trooper Lt. Stephen O'Reilly heard the commotion and entered the bathroom and arrested Leahy at gun point. Why was Leahy out of jail with no supervision? Because, Massachusetts, that's why!

How do citizens defend against a powerful DA, who uses a "burner"account to direct judges and court administrators? You can't. As Turtrleboy prepared for trial it was revealed that District Attorney Micheal Morrissey, had been using an email that was not subject to public records law. The Karen Read defense team has also filed a motion to investigate this burner account, it's unlikely that the email, voicing the DA's displeasure in Chris Albert being denied a harassment order, was the first usage of this secret email account.
The motion pertaining to Karen's double jeopardy, is now a month old, this decision will likely be returned in the next few weeks, will they conclude that the jury voted not guilty on murder? if so that makes the Commonwealth's decision for them...interesting

n 1997 Sal Sicari lead his fellow pedophile Charles Jaynes to his neighbor in East Cambridge, Ma, ten year old Jeffery Curley. When Jeffery resisted their sexual advances, Jaynes placed a gas soaked rag over the child's mouth and used his obese body to suffocate Jeffery. The duo sexually defiled the boy's body and later dumped the body in coastal New Hampshire. The investigation quickly focuses on Sal Sicari, as he interjected himself into the investigation. Sicari confessed and implicated Jaynes very quickly. This crime shook Boston to it's core and it still resonates today. Please be advised this episode contains graphic content.

Henri Gutierrez came to the United States illegally in 2014, he joined the brutal gang MS 13 and was arrested a short time later for carrying large knives, several times, his deportation would have saved two lives, why was he allowed to remain? What was going on in the Saco, Maine area in the late 90's? 15 yr old Ashley Ouellette, was found strangled and placed on the center line of a busy roadway in the early morning hours of February 9, 1999. Tony Torres went missing less than three months later. One individual connected both cases. Just prior to Tony's disappearance, he had bluntly told his parents that he knew who had killed his friend Ashley.
The connection between the two cases is a shady individual named Jayson "Jay" Carney. The night Tony went missing he was at a party and left with Jay Carney, Carney returned soaking wet and looked like he had been in an altercation, Tony Torres would never be seen again. The case is still open. Jay Carney died in 2015 of an overdose. Did these fools mange to pull off the perfect crime(s) What happened here?

25 years have past since 15yr old Ashley Ouellette, told mom she was at a girlfriend's sleep over, she lied, there was in fact a party. Ashley was missing a boy she had an unhealthy relationship with, Steve Sanborn. She made her way to his house, but he apparently wasn't interested, his brother had been at the party and they likely reunited at the house, post party. Steve claims to have never seen, Ashley that night, but his brother Dan Sanborn, certainly did. Dan was likely the last to see Ashley alive, by 4 AM, Ashley had been strangled and placed directly on the center line of a busy roadway.
Almost everyone clammed up, evidence was recovered, possibly even DNA. Dan told the cops that he went to school the next day, they checked and Dan was absent from school, why lie? The case has been stalled for years. The Maine State Police, have stated that their investigation is stalled, due to the fact that individuals who have information, refuse to provide it. In one of the most heart wrenching stories in New England crime history, in 1976 Andy Puglisi, went to a neighborhood pool, located in Lawerence, Massachusetts and was never heard from again. A man had been taking Polaroid pictures of kids at the pool for several weeks. Andy had given his mother one. Andy disappeared and despite thousands searching, he was not found. Two weeks later, a notorious pedophile, Wayne Chapman was arrested in Waterloo, NY. He possessed several children's pictures, similar to the one Andy had given his mom, also a bloody sock, later, identified as being worn by Andy was found in the van. Chapman was convicted of kidnapping and raping of two boys , from the SAME POOL, Andy was taken from, one year prior. This case remains open and unsolved, Andy has never been recovered. Phillip Chism, committed one of the most heinous crimes in Massachusetts history. He raped and brutally murdered his high school teacher Colleen Ritzer in picturesque Danvers, Massachusetts. Chism's defense claims the exclusion of brain scan evidence at trial, is grounds for appeal. Chism is a Ted Bundy level sexual predator and regardless, this guy will be released in his 50's. If his appeal is successful, he'll be out at 39. Do you want your daughter sitting next to this guy on the MBTA?

The innocent men the FBI had knowingly imprisoned began getting out of jail in 1997, as this heinous story unraveled. Greco and Tamelo died in prison. H.Paul Rico retired from the FBI and became head of security for World Jai Lai, a gaming business, where he had the distinction of being the first FBI agent to provide information to organized crime that facilitated a homicide. The Winter Hill Gang had placed Rico as head of security to protect a skimming operation that netted about $32,000 weekly in today's money. Joe "the Animal" Barboza was the first inductee of the witness protection program. He went to culinary school, then proceeded to kill someone. Robert Devine rose through the ranks at the Stoughton Police Department, he re-invigorated the Police Explorers program, the program, soon became a breeding ground for sexual abuse, that ensnared Sandra Birchmore. The program became an actual cornucopia of abuse. Documents suggest that Devine, Off. Matt Farwell, and his twin brother Off. William Farwell, all had sex with Sandra Birchmore at varying times and places, despite loving families at home. Matt Farwell has been charged with murder for strangling Sandra to death in her apartment.
Robert Devine survived a steep demotion due to a previous, rancid, public marital cheating scandal (not involving Sandra). Devine was demoted from Deputy Chief to Patrol Officer for his behavior. He escaped criminal charges in this case and has NOT been charged to date for anything to do with the Sandra Birchmore case...yet.

Apparently there are no competent homicide prosecutors in Norfolk's County's District Attorney's office! Elected DA Mike Morrissey has inexplicably hired a "Special Prosecutor" to retry Karen Read for 2nd degree murder. Are there no prosecutors willing to take this S-sandwich of a case? No one is prepared to commit career suicide perhaps? There is NO confidence in Adam Lally and his second chair. Hank Brennan, Whitey Bulger's defense attorney has been selected to retry Karen Read, at the taxpayer's expense. What a mess!
Does Brennan have authority to drop the murder charge or dos he have to accept the case as is? NO information on that account was released, surprised? It's going to be interesting at any rate! Please SHARE!

Sandra Birchmore’s homicide is a case for the ages in Metro Boston. She had a difficult life growing up, suffering the death of two close relatives in rapid succession. Sandra’s mother encouraged her to join the Stoughton Police Department Explorers program. The sexual grooming process allegedly began almost immediately. The next step in the process was physical, Patrol Officer Matthew Farwell’s texts to Sandra have been released with his indictment for her homicide. They are simply horrific and will seal Matthew Farwell’s fate. The 1994 Movie Natural Born Killers, spurred many real life nightmares. Michael Freeman 21, of leafy Avon, Massachusetts, was apparently easily influenced. He recruited two dim witted friends Leonard Stanely 21, of Easton,Ma. and Patrick Morse 19, of Middleboro for murder. The mayberry-like town of Avon, would never be the same.
Natural born killer or simple Shitbird? Those choices seem to sum up Michael Freeman of Avon, Massachusetts, he was never any good, not really. The good citizens of the Commonwealth thought they’d seen the last of Mr. Freeman, in 1996 after he confessed to stabbing a retired 65 year old combat veteran, almost 27 times. He confessed to this grisly crime and should have went down for the dirt nap. That did not happen be cause, well, Massachusetts. Mr. Freeman went on to attempt to kill another inmate in 2009, stabbing this person numerous times. In 2014, Freeman beat an inmate to death with his bare hands, prison can’t even stop this animal from savaging others. What would have stopped these heinous attacks…Capital Punishment!

One of the saddest cases in recent memory. Sandra Birchmore joined the Stoughton, Mass police explorers program at 13-14. Sandra's family had been looking for a positive male role model, for thirteen year old Sandra. She had a difficult home life and the family thought they had found, that role model, with the leader of the explorers program. Sgt. William Devine had been tasked with making the program work for local kids. Reportedly, the explorers went off the rails quickly. Sandra developed an infatuation with first responders. Before long it appeared grooming type activities allegedly began. She'd be found dead in her apartment in 2021.
Three police officials have been the recent focus of a variety of investigations, by the FBI, the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and the Mass state police. No charges have been filed to date, however a civil suit may bring new light to this case. Officer Matthew Farwell, his twin brother Officer William Farwell and Deputy Chief Robert Devine are accused of inappropriate sexual contact, including statutory rape of Sandra Birchmore.
Sandra was admittedly raped, as she was too young to consent to sex, during an affair with a married cop, for whom she provided child care. She was apparently pregnant with Officer Matt Farwell's baby. He was the last person to see Sandra alive, before he went to deliver his baby with his wife, at a nearby hospital. His brother had also had an affair with Sandra, when she was young. Deputy Chief Devine is also credibly, accused of having a physical affair with Sandra. This story is completely rancid. (REPLAY) In order to believe Sean Ellis is innocent, you'd have to believe, the Boston Police Forensic Unit, took Letia Walker's fingerprints at the courthouse and then proceeded to place a print on the gun that killed Det Mulligan. Did the technology to conduct this conspiracy exist in 1993? Does it even exist now? Letia Walker, Sean Ellis's girlfriend, went on to testify that Sean brought the guns into her house. Mrs. Walker had ample opportunity to recant her testimony, why hasn't she? If you notice, she never denied she touched the gun. Why wouldn't the producers ask Mrs. Waker directly, if she touched the gun? She was sitting right there, on camera. The answer is if she answered truthfully Sean Ellis is guilty. This story proved too good to actually investigate. Trial 4 is so defendant slanted it should come with a warning label.

Several jurors contacted the defense and prosecution with basically the same story. The jury had voted UNANIMOUSLY to acquit on the murder and leaving the scene of an accident, charges. Somehow that intent did not make it to the jury form? Judge bee did not poll the jury, denied the defense an opportunity to do so. 4-5 jurors have now come forward. The real question is how did this fumble happen? the Commonwealth and the Judge are strangely incurious. This specfic issue is simply the corruption of incompetence. Welcome to Massachusetts! There was a hearing last week regarding this absolute farce. Did the judge ever fix the juror form, sources are saying she did not! More to come on this case guys!!!
