What does it really take to hold both: being a badass CEO leading a successful company AND being a devoted, feminine partner?
This is one of the hottest conversations I'm having behind the scenes with many of my clients who come to work with me not just for business success, clients, and MRR, but also for growing their business in such a way that leaves them feeling spacious and nourished. So that they could prioritise love, family, sexuality, and their femininity.
I'll be very honest here: scaling my business while cultivating my sacred sexuality has not always been easy. I notice that the more responsibility I hold, the more my sexual desire wants to go out of the window. If I'm overwhelmed, it's easier to speak about my heady to-do list than to soften and devote my heart to Kevin.

About 6-7 years agoโฆI would post a picture of me in Bali and share something inspiring with a CTA and this would lead to sales and clients. These days, the bar has been raised so much higherโjust inspiring content is no longer effective. AND just educational content does not work either.
I'm going to take this even further. Just educational content is not good for your business. Sometimes, I see my clients hiding under the teacher's hat instead of saying what they really think. AND most of the time, they're bored to death from creating just educational content๐ด
Here's the caveat. Your high calibre client does not want to know about "5 reasons why ayurveda can help them with weight loss"--they can literally google that.
Your high level client wants to know WHY YOU are the best mentor for them. They want to know how you think. How you lead yourself through challenges. What values you hold. They want you to expand their consciousness AND, ideally, experience a transformation even before they buy from you. And "5 steps to dream life" kind of posts just won't cut it.

As an entrepreneur, it is natural to want to celebrate your financial wins and breakthroughs. But how can we do it in a way that goes deeper than the numbers and in a way that creates connection (and not comparison or fomo) with our communities?
It's empowering to see conscious leaders and soulful, kind women making huge amounts of money. We need to normalise and celebrate this. You might be the first person in your family to make this amount of money AND by doing what you love. This is a massive intergenerational breakthrough. And I want to celebrate with you!
And at the same time, the way that financial wins are being shared in the coaching industry are often lacking context, without providing an insight on the journey itself. Just numbers do not equate credibility or the skill to take someone else through the same transformation. Also, it is common to share about the highest revenue months, but not the lowest, which does not paint the full picture.

Healing the way I work and lead has become one of my life's assignments. Because relaxing did not come easily to me, I had to figure out how to heal my lineage and learn how to create success that comes with spaciousness, rest, easeful receiving, pleasure, and full body aliveness. This has become the Body-Led Business paradigm.
I'm not perfect by any means. What matters is not just the results we create in our business but HOW we do that. And my business is the most nourishing and spacious than it's ever been. And I'm here to help other women do the same.

Most people don't even realize they live in what's known as a functional freeze. The thing is, it is so easy to get distracted by working on shiny marketing, the next new trend, reactionary launching, going faster, bigger, 10xing your incomeโฆ I don't know about you, but I'm already feeling overwhelmed by writing this ๐
A lot of my clients come to me because here we care about longevity, the long-term game, and building out their MRR โ monthly recurring revenue.
Behind the scenes, lots of coaches are experiencing "feast and famine"--high income months by low income months. This is the result of reactionary offers: you create offers randomly, which looks like throwing spaghetti on the wall and seeing what sticks. This is not sustainable. And stressful.

There is absolutely no way I could be having the life, the relationship, the business I have without the support of my sisters.
In the first year of my business, while still living in Bali, I remember going to a beloved friendโs house. It was 8pm. I was so exhausted after a big day of work that she just held me in silence. I had no energy left to engage in a deeper conversation.
