The Biodynamics Now! (BDNow!) Podcast is a weekly discussion with leading thinkers about the relationship between Food and Wellness with an emphasis on how subscribers can grow the most nutritional food possible. Biodynamics Farming was first described by Austrian educator, Rudolf Steiner in 1925 based on his insight that "Nutrition as it is today does not supply the strength necessary for manifesting the spirit in physical life. A bridge can no longer be built from thinking to Will and action. Food plants no longer contain the forces people need for this." In other words, as early as 1924, food in industrial nations no longer carried enough nutrition to develop most people to the full expression of the genetic potential described in their DNA. The conversations on this podcast are an attempt to obtain the knowledge to grow, cook and assimilate foods that will nourish us to the highest level of Wellness and personal expression.

“If we could truly depict women’s desire, we might come to understand how it secretly rules the world" - writes author Erica Jong in her foreword for “A Woman's Right To Pleasure,” a groundbreaking new book by BlackBook, Dr. Marashi and LELO. And we couldn't agree more.
For most of history, the female experience has been presented by and explored through the voices, views and laws of men. Whether it was John Cleland or Alfred Kinsey writing about it, Gustave Courbet painting it, or politicians passing legislation about it, the female body has often been dictated, controlled and censored by everyone but women. Not anymore. On the A Woman's Right To Pleasure podcast, pornographer and writer Stoya sits down with the bold and brave womxn who are changing these narratives through their work. Guests include artist Marilyn Minter and filmmaker-turned-sexologist Liz Golwyn, Pussy Riot activist Nadya Tolokonnikova and punk legend Alice Bag — and many more. The series presents an unapologetic look at what it means to be a womxn: representation, education, history, art, punk, activism, equality, empowerment, pain and of course, pleasure. In Tolokonnikova's words: "This is our radical act of resistance against a history that has suppressed us for far too long. Now is our time to tell the world."
'A Woman's Right To Pleasure' is brought to you by BlackBook in partnership with LELO, the world's leading designer of intimate lifestyle products. This podcast is all about looking back at the things we keep ‘for the memories’.
Hoarding is a very difficult condition to explain because there isn't that much research conducted on it. It's a compulsion/impulsion and the psychology behind it isn't fully understood. Hoarding can increase after a death or a traumatic incident, and it can even be inherited from parents, so when you see your parents hoard you naturally start to do the same...
In each episode, I talk to my guest about three significant memories by looking back at the memorable items they’ve kept. The first item is from a childhood memory, the second is an item from a tough time, and lastly, is a memory they'll cherish forever, after each discussion, they'll decide which items they will keep, or shred into pieces.
