February is here; for many of us, it’s the perfect time to hit the reset button. In this week’s podcast episode, we’re diving into the lessons learned from a 30-day habit challenge—what worked, what didn’t, and how small, intentional shifts can create lasting change.
January was a whirlwind—travel, unpredictable weather, and a packed schedule. But instead of letting the chaos take over, I used it as an opportunity to track 10 key habits and observe what worked best. Some habits, like journaling and no devices after 8:30 p.m., made a noticeable impact, while others needed adjustments for February. The biggest takeaway? Slowing down and being intentional—not just with work but with movement, mindset, and daily habits—can completely shift how you feel and perform.
If you’re looking for a fresh start this month, I’m sharing the exact habits I tracked, how I tweaked my approach, and tips for setting habits that stick. Tune in to learn how small, manageable changes can lead to significant personal and business growth.

Have you ever felt like your to-do list is endless, and yet you’re not making real progress on your goals? The problem may lie in how you balance urgent vs. important tasks.
The Difference:
Urgent tasks demand immediate attention—like submitting expense reports or responding to emails. Important tasks, however, are the ones that drive long-term growth, such as launching a course or achieving monthly goals. The challenge? Urgent tasks often feel more pressing, giving your brain a dopamine hit when completed, even though they may not move the needle on what truly matters. Why We Get Swept Up in Urgent Tasks:
Poor planning makes us reactivePeople-pleasing keeps us stuck in others’ prioritiesDopamine rewards us for task-switching, not deep workHow to Solve It:
Plan AheadSet BoundariesAsk the Right QuestionsThe Outcome:
By focusing on important tasks, you’ll experience more productivity, a sense of accomplishment, and personal growth. It’s not just about doing more—it’s about doing what matters. For more actionable tips and to learn how to make 2025 your most focused and productive year yet, join me for Your Most Productive Week, a free four-day challenge starting today, January 27!

Chances are, you’re doing too much. In today’s fast-paced world, we often equate productivity with juggling multiple tasks at once. However, research shows the opposite: multitasking reduces efficiency and increases stress. The simplest way to get better results? Do less.
Instead of tackling three goals this month, scale back to one. This shift isn’t about laziness; it’s about strategy. By focusing on a single priority, you free up mental energy to dive deeper, work smarter, and achieve higher-quality outcomes.
Tune into today’s full episode to hear more.

This week on the podcast, we’re diving into a topic we’ve all experienced at some point—getting stuck in a funk. Inspired by a heartfelt email from a client, I’m sharing decisive steps to help you reset, refocus, and find your momentum again.
One key takeaway: everything is neutral until we assign it meaning. If you’re not hitting your goals, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it might just be time to adjust your expectations for the season you’re in. You can rebuild habits and regain clarity by embracing small, consistent actions.
If you’re feeling scattered or stuck, take a moment to step back, reassess your priorities, and focus on what truly matters right now.

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, it’s time to turn our focus to setting the tone for a successful and fulfilling year. In this week’s podcast, we explore how to make the most of your time—not by doing more, but by working intentionally and efficiently.
The secret? Shift your focus from endless tasks to meaningful results. Break down your goals into manageable timelines, starting with your seven-day objectives. Planning weekly and calendar-blocking ensures you’re proactive, not reactive, with your time. Prioritize actions that move the needle and create tangible outcomes, rather than simply staying busy.
Equally important is energy management. Productivity isn’t about grinding nonstop—it’s about balancing work with rest. Take breaks, stay hydrated, and protect your focus by minimizing distractions. Know your "time sucks," whether it’s social media, clutter, or interruptions, and plan ahead to mitigate them.
Finally, stay aligned with your bigger picture. As you plan your days, weeks, and months, keep asking yourself: What kind of person do I want to become by the end of this year?
This is the year to go deep, not wide. Focus. Take action. And step confidently into your best year yet. Listen to the full episode now to learn all of my strategies for a productive 2025!

As we close out 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year and plan for what’s ahead. In this podcast episode, I share my process for reviewing the year, setting mindful goals, and simplifying planning for 2025.
One of the most important steps in a year-end review is celebrating your wins—both big and small. Our brains naturally focus on what didn’t happen, but taking time to identify moments of growth, progress, and gratitude can help reframe your mindset. Ask yourself: What worked well? How did I grow? Then, reflect on one thing you’d like to adjust in the new year.
When planning for 2025, remember this: more goals don’t mean better results. Focus on fewer priorities so you can go deeper and make real progress. Avoid the all-or-nothing mindset that comes with a new year. If you can’t see the whole year clearly, bring the timeline closer. Plan in 30- or 90-day increments and take consistent action—80% action, 20% consumption.
Finally, identify who you need to be to achieve your goals. What behaviors and habits will move you forward? Let’s simplify, focus, and make 2025 our most intentional year yet.

Hello, beautiful friend! Today’s episode is all about finding calm amidst the digital clutter. After relocating my workspace to escape harsh shadows and background noise, I’m excited to share five powerful steps to achieve an organized inbox.
Here’s a sneak peek of what I cover:
Declutter Your Inbox: Use a tool like Unroll.Me to unsubscribe from emails that no longer serve you. This will free up space and reduce distractions, especially from promotions and unwanted newsletters.Label Effectively: Set up labels for key categories without going overboard. I use minimal labels for business but add more for personal emails (think finance, school, etc.). The goal is simplicity, not overwhelm!Transfer Tasks to Your Calendar: Avoid using your inbox as a to-do list. Instead, transfer tasks to your calendar, budgeting time for them to create a clearer inbox and a more focused workflow.Use Inbox Pause: This Google Chrome plugin prevents new emails from distracting you while working. It’s ideal for focused inbox time without interruption.Combine Accounts When It Makes Sense: Streamline multiple email accounts by forwarding older addresses to your primary inbox—keeping things consolidated and easy to manage. If you're ready to go even further, join me for Digital Declutter Day on December 9!
