Well, that was terrible.
David and James hop on to discuss the 49ers worst performance in over a calendar year. Are there any upsides coming out of that disasterous offensive performance? What impact does the season-ending Aiyuk injury have on our season? We'll look ahead to Week 8's Sunday night game against Dallas (also coming off their bye week!). -
David, James and Robert (back on for the start!) talk about the Niners' bounce back game (maybe?) against the Seattle Seahawks on TNF, revisit some of the concerns we had about the 49ers going into the game, and look ahead to what to look for against Kansas City on Sunday. But first, we talk to Robert to reflect on his recently completed season of tackle football to hear about his experience!

David and James hop on to discuss another devastating loss. What on earth is wrong with this team? We go through the roster challenges, the injury updates and what to look for this Thursday in Seattle. No interview with Robert this week; we'll catch him next week!
-
No better way to rebound than beating up on an inferior team! David and James are back to talk about the Niners putting the hurt on New England at home. Because we're recording later in the week, we take a more in depth look at the upcoming game against the Arizona Cardinals to discuss what we're looking for.

Another week, another brutal loss. David and James talk about what went wrong in this one. But does it matter? With injuries mounting up (we just learned DT Javon Hargrave is out for the season), is it reasonable to expect the 49ers to be Superbowl contenders this season? At the end, Robert joins us to chat about his second tackle football game.

David and James slog through (another!) tough loss in Minnesota. What happened in this one? We review how the 49ers missed in all three phases of the game and talk about how we have to rebound against the Rams in Week 3.
-
FINALLY, real football!! James and David discuss the terrific start to the season, as Jordan Mason and the 49ers pummel the New York Jets on the ground in a 32-19 win. We give our overall game observations, who stood out to us, and what to look ahead to next week. Also, Robert joins us to chat about his first tackle football game!

Okay, something a little different this week. Nothing crazy consequential in the third and final preseason game, so...we don't really cover the game at all. Rather, we cover the crazy final week of the offseason, including the end of the Brandon Aiyuk and Trent Williams holdouts (FINALLY), Ricky Pearshall getting SHOT (!!!), our expectations for the season, and a preview of our MNF season opener against the New York Jets.
-
David and James are back to talk about the Niners' second preseason game. Any concerns about the 49ers offense after a rough performance with the starters? And who on EARTH was that backup punter (obviously the most important takeaway...)?!?!
-
David and James return after a long offseason. While we're not quite ready to shake off the pain of last season, we're shaking off the rust to talk about the upcoming season and discuss the current state of the roster and our first preseason game.
-
WHAT IS HAPPENING.
James and David hop on to talk about the 49ers ridiculous comback victory against the Lions. We absolutely all thought at halftime that the Niners would rattle off 27 unanswered points, right? We try to wrap our heads around what happened in this game, and then do a quick preview about the Superbowl. Spoiler alert - a different 49ers team needs to show up in the next game!
-
David and James chat about the 49ers 27-10 win over the CommanDERS, but more importantly, the fact that we locked up the #1 seed in the NFC this week with losses by Detroit and Philly! GIven that we've now effectively wrapped up the regular season, we go through some impressive season stats...and also have to chat about the Huskies amazing CFP win yesterday!
-
This...was not a fun one to talk about. After the 49ers get embarrassed at home on Christmas night, David and James walk through what happened and what our panic level is at (spoiler alert...it's high). What went wrong, and where do we go from here?
-
David and James (Robert is down for the count on this one!) are back to talk about the 49ers Week 15 drubing of the Arizona Cardinals and moving into sole posession of first place in the NFC (thanks Dallas and Seattle!). Lots of good stuff to cover, some work to do on defense, and a look ahead at Christmas night's (potential Superbowl preview) against Baltimore.
-
David, James and Robert chat this week about the 49ers completing the season sweep of the Seattle Seahawks, winning our 5th game in a row and (for now) holding first place in the NFC (thanks, Dallas!). Is Mitch Wishnowski the true MVP? How worried should we be about injuries? All that, and a quick look ahead at this week's upcoming game against the Fightin' Kyler Murrays.
-
A little later in the week than usual, David, James and Robert are back to chat about the 49ers 42-19 BEATDOWN of the Philadelpia Eagles. We walk through the highlights of the Niners' biggest statement game of the season (so far!), talk a little Brock Purdy MVP odds, and do a quick look ahead to this week's second matchup against the Seahawks in three weeks.
-
David, James and Robert recount the 49ers 31-13 great win over the rival Seahawks. We were there, and enjoyed (nearly) every minute! We talk about our experience at the game and how the Niners put on a show for the franchise's first back-to-back win in Seattle. We also take a look ahead to our HUGE matchup in Philly next week.
-
Another win, another podcast. The 49ers take care of business by closing out the Bucs at home, 27-13. We go over all the explosive offensive plays, Brock Purdy's nealry perfect game, and the defense showing out strong in the second half (RIP Huff). On to Thanksgiving football at Seattle...
-
The 49ers are BACK. David, James and Robert discuss the 34-3 rout of the Jags and the 49ers getting back on track after that ugly losing streak. What turned things around? Spoiler alert: We've decided that winning games by 30+ points is better than losing games.
