Primož Roglič and Remco Evenepoel did an incredible performance on Lo Port in Volta a Catalunya Stage 5 2023. Joao Almeida, Marc Soler, Lenny Martinez, Cian Uijtdebroeks, Mikel Landa, Michael Woods and other closer finishers also did tremendous performances in perfect conditions.

Tadej Pogačar showed impressive performance on Paris-Nice 2023 stage 4, winning the stage and becoming the new race leader, while his rival Jonas Vingegaard lost more than 40 seconds.

Astana Statement on Miguel Angel Lopez "Astana Qazaqstan Team discovered new elements showing Miguel Angel Lopez' probable connection with Dr Marcos Maynar. Accordingly, the team had no other solution than to end the contract between team and rider, based on breaches of said contract and internal team rules, with immediate effect. To preserve the rights of the team and the rider no further comments will be made."

Remco Evenepoel finished first on Les Praeres climb from the GC group, breaking Simon Yates' 2018 record. Enric Mas, Juan Ayuso, Carlos Rodriguez, Primož Roglič followed after Evenepoel from GC riders. The stage was won by Louis Meintjes, which was his first World Tour win.

Annemiek van Vleuten was flying in Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift Stage 7 2022, dropping everyone except Demi Vollering already on the first climb of the day and later went solo, winning by more than 3 minutes over Vollering. Cecilie Uttrup Ludwing lost 5:16 and finished 3rd with Juliette Labous and Katarzyna Niewiadoma. Silvia Persico, Elisa Longo Borghini, Urška Žigart, Evita Muzic and Pauliena Rooijakkers also were in the top 10.

Remco Evenepoel did his best under 20+ minute climbing performance in Clásica San Sebastián 2022, winning the race for the 2nd time. The young Belgian dropped everyone on the Erlaitz climb with 46km to go.
