Inspired by the viral 'Sephora Kids' trend seen online, Niamh and Nessa ask how young is too young to be using retinol and if an interest in skincare is damaging for kids or just a new wave of experimentation? They also take a trip down memory lane and recount some of their favourite, but sadly discontinued products from their youth.

Just 12 short weeks after delivering her beautiful baby boy Jude, blogger and founder of Cloo Active and 67 Spritz, Louise Cooney joined Niamh and Nessa in studio. She opened up about life as a new mom and revealed that she’s finally starting to feel herself again after suffering with pelvic pain, but explained why it might be a while before she gets back to her usual fashion content.
