Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder Case

Davis bashed his mother's head in with a hammer

Summary: Corpus Christi resident Kevin Davis strangled his mother before hitting her in the head with a hammer, splitting her skull. Davis then ‘swirled’ her brain around before sexually assaulting her corpse. Davis was sentenced to life in prison for the crime of a mom who he described as “The best.”

In 2014, Kevin Jazrael Davis argued with his mother, 50-year-old Kimberly Hill, in the Corpus Christi, TX, apartment he shared with her and his sister, Destinee. On May 26, Davis called 911, reporting that he’d just murdered his mother. Once at the police station, then 18-year-old Davis vividly detailed the day’s events, sometimes with a smirk on his face. What he told detectives was gruesome and shocking: Kevin admitted bashing \Hill’s head with a hammer, swirling her brain around, and then, sexually assaulting her corpse.

    "I'll Kill My Mom Instead"

On the morning of March 27, 2014, Davis, bored and frustrated with life, told his mother he did not like people and that he wanted to commit suicide. Obviously caught off guard by the statement, Hill allegedly told her son that she could not stop him if that was what he wanted to do. Kevin later told police hearing this from his mother enraged him. It was then he decided to take her life.

As Hill sat on the couch in the living room, Davis came up behind her, attempting to strangle her with a cord. Hill began screaming. Kevin panicked, retrieved a hammer, and began bashing in his mother’s skull. Davis struck his mother in the head with the hammer at least 20 times, splitting her skull in the process.

Davis then retrieved a kitchen knife and used it to insert inside his mother’s head wound. He swirled her brain around “to make sure she was dead,” Kevin claimed and then inserted his hand inside the wound. He would tell detectives during a taped interrogation that his mother’s brain felt like “putty.”

Kevin then dragged his mother’s lifeless body to her bedroom and raped her corpse. When he finished the sadistic act, he went to a neighbor’s house, saying he just killed someone and needed help. The neighbor dialed 911.

This is the interrogation of Kevin Davis.

National UFO Reporting Center - Information and Policies

The National UFO Reporting Center was founded in 1974 by noted UFO investigator Robert J. Gribble. The Center’s primary function over the past four decades has been to receive, record, and to the greatest degree possible, corroborate and document reports from individuals who have been witness to unusual, possibly UFO-related events. Throughout its history, the Center has processed over 150,000 reports, and has distributed its information to thousands of individuals.

The principal means used by the Center to receive sighting reports is this website, which has operated continuously since 1994.  Prior to that period, the telephone hotline and the U.S. mail were the primary means of taking reports.

The Center’s independence from all other UFO related organizations, combined with its long standing policy of guaranteed anonymity to callers, has served to make it perhaps the most popular and widely accepted national UFO reporting facility anywhere.  The website and hotline are well known by law enforcement agencies, FAA ARTCC’s and flight service stations, National Weather Services offices, military facilities, NASA, and many 911 emergency dispatch centers all across the United States and in many parts of Canada. Those entities routinely direct the calls they receive regarding possible UFO sightings to the Center.

One of the Center’s policies, which distinguishes its operations from most other UFO organizations, is that it makes available to the public all of its data in summary form. Detailed information is made available to experienced UFO investigators.

  • Real and Disturbing 911 Calls #1 Killing Of Pregnant Woman

Call #1 Solicitor's Office releases 911 call from castle shooting

Allen Stephenson, the founder of Southern Tide, shot and killed Matthew Whitman, 32, last month on the grounds of Stephenson’s estate, which was built to look like a German castle. Stephenson said Whitman was hostile and armed with a knife.

Stephenson said Whitman took a knife out of his pants and thrust it at him, at which point Stephenson shot Whitman five times, the solicitor's office said.

According to the solicitor's office, Stephenson fired seven shots: two warning shots from his porch, and five shots at Whitman from outside the home, three that struck him.

Stephenson's girlfriend was on a call with 911 when the shots were fired. The shots can be heard in the call, according to officials.

The solicitor's office said the two men did not know each other.

The Solicitor's Office announced Tuesday that they wont prosecute Stephenson in connection with the shooting.

The statement by Whitman's family said; "The Whitman family is disappointed by the decision not to prosecute Allen Stephenson for the homicide death of our son, Matthew. We have waited patiently while this investigation has proceeded and have been provided small pieces of information along the way."

"We look forward to seeing the entire investigation file now that the Solicitor’s Office claims the investigation is 'over' and the Solicitor’s and Sheriff’s Offices have promised to now release it."

Whitman lived on Nature Trail Drive, about a mile and a half from the estate.

Horrifying 911 Audio, Body Cam Footage Released After Fort Smith Woman Drowns During Flash Flooding

Graphic Warning: This story and the accompanying audio and video are graphic in nature, and the content may be disturbing.

Though it was a difficult decision, we have decided to broadcast and post the 911 call for help after concerns were raised as to how dispatchers and first responders handled the situation.

FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFSM) — 911 audio recordings and body camera footage from Fort Smith police officers during their efforts to try and save a Fort Smith woman from last weekend's flash flooding have been released. The audio files released are those of a woman's last dying moments. On Monday (August 26) between dispatchers and first responders were released during their efforts to locate the woman.

You can listen to the 911 call in the audio file below. We warn you, some may find it difficult to listen to.

Update: The 911 audio has been edited to remove the final moments of the call.

Debra Stevens died around 6 a.m. Saturday (August 24) on Kinkead Avenue while delivering papers.

According to the Fort Smith Police Department, the 911 call came in at 4:38 a.m. First responders were dispatched at 4:40 a.m. The first crews on the scene arrived at 4:53 a.m., but were not close enough to reach Stevens' because of high water. According to Aric Mitchell with the Fort Smith Police Department Stevens’ first call was to a family member. However, as floodwaters continued to rise around her, she dialed 911 from her cell phone.

Due to high waters, it took more than an hour from Stevens' 911 call for first responders to make direct contact with her. Mitchell says that Stevens was having trouble describing her exact location and flooding limited the ability for first responders to locate her. By the time they got to where her vehicle was, it was too late.

Emergency crews tried to rescue Stevens but the water was too high and too fast. When first responders were finally able to pinpoint the location of Mrs. Stevens’ vehicle, the swift, rising water made immediate rescue impossible.

In the recording, you can hear first responders trying to take multiple routes to rescue her.

After Stevens vehicle became trapped in floodwaters, it floated into a creek at the end of the road. She was unable to escape and died as water filled her car.

The Fort Smith Police Department is attempting to remain as transparent as possible in this tragedy and has released a timeline of events:

The 911 dispatcher, Donna Reneau, can be heard telling Stevens "this will teach you next time don't drive in the water...how you didn't see it, you had to go right over it."

Fort Smith Police Chief Danny Baker released the following statement about the events from Saturday (August 24) morning:

“I am heartbroken for this tragic loss of life and my prayers are with Debra’s family and friends. All of our first responders who attempted to save Mrs. Stevens are distraught over the outcome. For every one of us, saving lives is at the very core of who we are and why we do what we do. When we are unsuccessful, it hurts.”

Baker also addressed Reneau's actions, saying "the manner that she spoke during this conversation would have probably been addressed, but it would have been more a rudeness quality type service complaint. I don't think it would have risen to the level of terminating someone."

Reneau, who is a certified dispatch trainer for new employees, put in her two weeks notice before this and that call came on her last day and final shift. She was named fire dispatcher of the year in February.

"We can't investigate someone who no longer works here. However, an investigation into our policies, our responses, our dispatch center, I've talked to the fire chief, we are looking at what we can do to increase training for our dispatchers, swift water rescues and other things," Baker said.

A memorial has been set up in remembrance for Stevens.

The dispatcher that handled Stevens' call resigned two weeks ago and Saturday was her last shift, according to Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker.

A previous draft of this story stated the dispatcher was fired. This was corrected by Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker.

  • Baltimore City Police Commissioner releases body-camera camera AUDIO of fatal police shooting

Baltimore police released a body-worn camera video Tuesday from the officer who shot and killed a man who was threatening a woman with a knife Sunday.

The video shows the officer, identified as Zachary Rutherford, pulling up to the scene in West Baltimore, where he sees Tyree Moorehead on top of a woman and holding a large butcher knife at her head.

Rutherford screams "drop the knife" but Moorehead continues to straddle the woman on the pavement. Rutherford then fires his weapon multiple times at close range, the video shows.

As Rutherford fires his weapons, the woman rolls away to safety. She was not shot or stabbed, police said.

"We can see that it's clear that the officer saved this lady's life out there that day," Commissioner Michael Harrison said.

A second video from another officer, Officer trainee Michael Hazel, shows officers rendering medical aid to Moorehead. He was taken to the University of Maryland's Shock Trauma Center, where he later died.

Harrison said the attack on the woman appeared to be random. The woman said she was running errands when he was attacked by Moorehead around 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Lafayette Avenue.

When asked if the use of force was excessive, Harrison said that the investigation by both the department and the state's Attorney General Office would answer that question.

The Baltimore City chapter of the NAACP said the group "believes that police intervention was necessary," but questioned whether excessive force was used.

"Fourteen shots were discharged from the officer's weapon. Is that use of force justified or is that a case of excessive force?" the group asked.

Richard Allen Faces Two Counts Of Murder - Delphi Murders Arrest Update

A man has been arrested and charged with murder in the 2017 killings of 2 teen girls in Indiana, authorities say

A five-and-a-half-year search for a suspect in the killings of two Indiana teens that stretched nationwide ended with the arrest of a local man, authorities said Monday.

How investigators came to arrest 50-year-old Richard M. Allen, of Delphi, will remain a mystery for now, as a court has sealed charging documents and the investigation remains open, but authorities say Allen is charged with two counts of murder in the 2017 slayings of Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14.

The pair went for a hike along Delphi Historic Trails in February of that year but never showed up at a previously arranged time to meet Libby’s dad, police said. Their bodies were found the next day in a wooded area near the trail, about a half mile from the Monon High Bridge where they’d been dropped off, according to police. A grainy video of a man walking and a garbled voice recording were among the scant clues authorities publicized over the years.

Police arrested Allen on Wednesday, according to a news release, and formally charged him Friday before transporting him to White County Jail. He is being held without bail.

  • Escape From A House Of Horrors FULL AUDIO The Turpin Sisters

Escape From A House Of Horrors FULL AUDIO

PERRIS, Calif. -- Jordan Turpin quietly climbed up on a windowsill of her parents' home without them knowing and dropped down into the outside world.

The 17-year-old had only been outside a few times in her entire life and she was terrified. Her hands were shaking uncontrollably as she held a deactivated cell phone her parents didn't know she had, but thinking of her siblings chained up inside the house, she worked up the courage to dial 911.

"I was always terrified that if I called the cops or tried to escape, I would get caught, and then I knew I would die if I got caught," Jordan, now 21, told ABC News' Diane Sawyer in an exclusive interview. "But at the end, when I saw all my younger siblings, I knew that's what I had to do."

Jordan's bravery that day in January 2018 freed herself and her siblings from a life of horrific abuse and captivity at the hands of their parents, David and Louise Turpin, who are now in prison for beating, shackling and starving 12 of their 13 children.

"That was my only chance," Jordan said. "I think it was us coming so close to death so many times. If something happened to me, at least I died trying."

Jordan and her eldest sibling, Jennifer Turpin, are telling their story for the first time in an exclusive interview with Sawyer. They are the first of any of the Turpin children to share their stories. In their interview, the Turpin daughters described physical abuse and being deprived of food, hygiene, education and health care for years.

"The only word I know to call it is 'hell,'" said Jennifer Turpin, reflecting on the trauma of her childhood

Growing up, Jennifer Turpin attended public school from first to third grade but then her parents took her out. From then on, the parents claimed to be homeschooling their children but weren't in reality. The children were rarely allowed to leave their home when the family lived in Texas and then in California, they said they were never allowed outside without their parents.

"We [weren't] even allowed to stand up. We were supposed to be sitting down all the time," added Jennifer, now 33. "Most of the time we were up at night and then sleeping in the day."

In the family's Perris, California, home that Jordan escaped from, she told investigators she was kept in a bedroom where two little sisters were chained on and off for months. She said she and her siblings lived in filth and that she hadn't bathed in seven months

Jennifer said for years she and her siblings only ate once a day, primarily peanut butter sandwiches, bologna, a frozen burrito or chips, while their parents ate fast food and other full meals. She said some of the children would try to "steal" food and their parents would beat them or chain them up for it. When rescued, all of the children except for the youngest, a toddler, were severely malnourished, prosecutors said.

An 11-year-old child was so malnourished that her arm circumference was the equivalent of a 4-and-a-half month old baby, investigators said.

Jordan said she hadn't been to a doctor in five years, she said, and had never been to a dentist in her life.

    The plan to escape

In 2016, Jordan said she got a hold of one of her parents' old smartphones. It opened up a whole new world she had never seen before, and eventually she discovered Justin Bieber's music videos.

"I don't know where we would be if we didn't watch Justin Bieber," Jordan said. "I started realizing that there is a different whole world out there... I wanted to experience that."

The smartphone became a critical escape for Jordan. She said she watched Bieber's interviews, movies and used it to make little videos to post on social media. One day, she said someone commented on one of her posts to ask why she was always inside and awake at night.

"I did tell him that I didn't really go to school, and I wasn't allowed to go in the backyard or front yard and that I'm always kept inside, and I told him how we eat and how we're not allowed to get out of bed," she said. "He was like, 'This isn't right, you should call the cops' ... I was so happy to hear him say that because I was like, 'I was right. I was right that this situation is bad.'"

One day, a sibling in the house told their mother she had been watching Bieber's videos. Jordan said her mother came at her and began choking her.

"I thought I was going to die that day," she said. "After that whole day happened, I kept having nightmares that... she was going to kill me."

After that incident, Jordan secretly talked to a couple of her sisters about trying to come up with a plan to escape.

"She was like, 'We need to get out of here,'" Jennifer said. "So I gave her all the advice I knew, all the advice I could."

Jordan eventually decided her best option would be to climb out of her bedroom window and call 911.

Jennifer said she tried to draw a map of their neighborhood based on the few times she had been allowed outside. Jordan and another sister tried calling a taxi service to drive them to another state, and then they discussed something Jordan overheard on the rare instances her brother secretly watched the TV show "Cops": Calling 911, and making sure they had proof to back up their claims for police.

"[I told her] get pictures, anything to prove so they can't think you're a teenager looking for attention," Jennifer said.

On Jan. 14, 2018, Jordan realized time was running out. She and Jennifer heard her mother scream that the family was moving to Oklahoma.

"If we went to Oklahoma, there was a big chance that some of us would have died," Jordan said of her severely malnourished and frail siblings.

At the time, she said two of her sisters were in chains for stealing their mother's candy. One of them, she said, had been chained up for 15 straight days.

She said she asked her sisters, chained to a bed, for permission to take their photos before doing so, which she did with her brother's old cell phone that she had secretly gotten hold of.

"They said, 'yes,'" Jordan said. "They knew why I was taking pictures, and they knew what it was for, they were letting me."

"The very next day we were moving. It was literally now or never," Jennifer added.

    The escape

Jordan said she placed pillows under a blanket to make it look like she was asleep, in case anyone looked into her room. She said she put on some clean clothes, gathered her pre-packed bag and slipped out of the window. Then she ran.

Once outside, Jordan didn't know where to turn. She was standing in the road, she said, because "I didn't even know about the sidewalks."

"I had no idea what direction to go. I was so scared," Jordan continued. "I was trying to dial 911, but I couldn't even get my thumb to press the buttons because I was shaking so bad."

Jordan reached a dispatcher who kept her talking as she wandered the neighborhood. Eventually, the dispatcher helped guide the shaky and confused girl to a stop sign where she could wait for a deputy to arrive.

"I was telling them everything: We don't go to school, we live in filth, how we starve and all this stuff," Jordan said. "Because I had to make sure that if I left, we wouldn't go back."

"[Talking to the dispatcher], I was like, 'I'm scared [my parents] are going to come,'" she continued. "They would just kill me right there, especially if they knew I was on the phone with the police."

Jordan said she was petrified that law enforcement wouldn't believe her.

"I was freaking out because I was, like, 'Wait, are they gonna take me back there?' I was so scared," she said. "I was so nervous because it was -- I've never had a conversation with a stranger before.

Deputy Anthony Colace was coming to the end of a long and busy graveyard shift when he took the dispatcher's call to assist on a runaway call. Colace said the majority of runaway calls only require taking the child home to their family.

When he arrived, Jordan quickly tried to tell him her life story and then he asked her a critical question: "Do you have pictures of that?"

She showed him the photos of her dirty, shackled sisters, explaining that the chains were punishment for taking food.

"They looked very sad, malnourished, they were very pale. They had bags underneath their eyes," Colace told ABC News. "Once I saw that photo, it really sealed the deal for me."

Colace asked if Jordan was injured, and she asked what "injured" meant. He further explained to ask if she was hurt. She said no. He also asked her if she was on medication and she explained she didn't know what "medication" meant.

On Colace's body cam, Jordan is heard telling him that if her parents found her outside they would kill her. As he's listening to Jordan describe the horrors inside the home, Colace was impressed by her courage. Through his questioning, he could tell she'd had little education.

"I was just thinking how smart and how brave she was," he said. "I asked her what her middle name was and she said 'Elizabeth.' I asked her to spell it. She couldn't spell it."
