Toronto native Judy Anderson, educated in public schools like Rosedale and Jarvis Collegiate, pursued a BA at Trinity College, U of T. With a 51-year teaching career, initially in grades 3-5 and later specializing in special education, she retired in 2007 but remains an occasional teacher. Judy observes a decline in academic and behavioral standards post-1990, attributing it to family breakdown and the disastrous ministry, faculties of education, and board policies.
