In this episode I unpack the dietary guidelines that I do and don't agree with. Unfortunately, western medicine still relies on the food pyramid, encourages vegetable oils and demonizes full-fat dairy products. We are expected to trust our doctors who get minimal nutrition education. I encourage you to educate yourself as much as you can on nutrition (that's why you're here!) so you can prioritize your health for you and your family!
