  • On this episode, Izzy and Mike share their inputs on how people need to manifest what they want out of life into reality, but it takes the effort and commitment from within to achieve your goals. People tend to be jealous of others’ wealth or lavish lifestyle but are not doing anything within their own lives to be at that status as well. People are millionaires not from being laissez-faire but exerting themselves to go beyond their expectations. The outlook needs to be more futuristic than just clocking in and clocking out. The one advice that mike and Izzy can give you is that you know yourself better than anyone else, no one can tell you any different. As Mike stated, sometimes you just need to pick a small goal to achieve and then work your way up to bigger goals. At times not everyone will stay on a rigid schedule because things could come into play like being sick, yes people Mike was sick for two days. People need to understand that you can always improve your life, try to exceed your standards, don’t just be complacent about what you are comfortable with, try to challenge yourself. Mike and Izzy like to share motivational insights, and this applies to veterans. Veterans need to break away from letting the term “veteran” hold them back. Next stop was at customs at the U.S., and after Izzy explains to the customs agent the purpose of his visit was for visiting the VA clinic, the customs agent decides to turn off her light and have a 30-minute conversation of how to get her husband from 90% to a 100%. Mike and Izzy discuss having trust in a relationship and nourishing the relationship by communicating what is wrong within the relationship. It is imperative to have discussions in regard to things that are affecting the relationship and be able to find a remedy to fix it if the outlook for each other is to be together for the years to come. Neither person can read minds to know something is bothering one another, so speak up before it becomes too late. Mike shares that man are actionable beings, saying I love you is way different from showing how you love them, same concept applies to just saying sorry versus showing why you are sorry.
