  • Death work is intricately woven into the epigenetic makeup of women. We carry the duality of life and death simply in how we exist. Joining me today is a remarkable guest, Binyamina Aisha. Binyamina has dedicated her life to serving the Mystery.

With 20 years of experience, she's been a ceremonialist, a birth and death worker, an immersive artist, and a teacher of the spiritual and ecological experience. Her devotion lies in the Holy Wilderness found in Land, Spirit, and Love.

Binyamina guides alchemical group journeys, transformative retreats, and trainings in magical places. You might find her swimming in the ocean, singing worship music with arms wide open, or stewarding land and animals in the mountains of Utah.

In this episode, we cover a wide range of topics, including:

Binyamina's legacy of death work. The importance of death work and why it's crucial for our growth. How the full spectrum of womanhood requires us to be death workers. The healing power of seeing our loved ones through fresh eyes, which can heal generations. Navigating the challenges of tending to children during seasons of grief. Addressing how deathphobic culture is weaponized against men. The significance of trusting a man as an act of death work. The necessity of cultivating self-trust to truly live.

  • Today, I have a truly special episode in honor of International Women's Day - straight into the heart of sisterhood, the healing journey back to Christ, and the transformative power of feminine spaces with Nina Ickes.

Nina is a devoted mentor in faith-based and feminine leadership, guiding women to restore their relationship with God and reclaim their beloved identity. She's the founder of the global community and sacred sisterhood, Way of Grace, a mission and movement to bring love where it hasn't gone before. Through her monthly membership, community ceremonies, and the Way of Grace podcast, Nina is lighting the path for women to resurrect the fullness of their feminine essence and anchor their worth and wholeness as daughters of God.

    In this episode we explore:

🌻 Nina's journey back to Christ

🌻 The impact of sharing this journey in online spaces

🌻 How being held by women taught her Christ's love first

🌻 How living IN her body, rather than WITH her body, transformed her relationships with men and God

🌻 Why women are designed for communion first through the body

  • Today I am joined by Doug Mower, a HBS1 Certified Functional Patterns Practitioner who I have had the pleasure to work with 1:1 as a client.

In 2017, Doug began his journey into FP methodology after practicing various other rehabilitation programs to alleviate his chronic body pains.

When coming up short with these other programs he then found Functional Patterns, and immediately began to resolve his aches, pains, as well as a whole gamut of digestive and gut health “issues” that were impacting his ability to live a full life. This inspired him to further his learning and to begin his journey as a practitioner and share this work with others to resolve their chronic pains and movement dysfunctions.

  • Today I am joined by Ashlee Rowland, Founder and Creator of Simpl Holistic. This interview was originally recorded on August 1, 2023.

Ashlee Rowland is a certified nutrition coach and trained Root Cause Protocol consultant who has been through her own incredible journey of healing from multiple diagnoses of PCOS, Hashimotos, allergies, infertility, anemia, rheumatoid arthritis and Celiac disease. She spent over 4 years trying ALL the latest "health" diets only to cause further depletion, imbalance and disease. Incredibly, after only 2 months of working to restore her metabolism and balance her minerals, she healed her infertility and found herself pregnant with her baby boy!

Ashlee founded Simplholistic, based on her passion for teaching other women how to heal themselves, encouraging them to tune out the noise of the wellness world and to focus on balancing hormones holistically, as God intended. Her course, Bare Naked Hormones, is all about a lifestyle shift, rather than a diet or health fad, based on true nourishment and honoring the cycles within and without to find true wellness.

  • The United States appears to be in a paramount time in the world of plant medicines. Between the house voting for federal decriminalization of marijuana and numerous states allowing for therapeutic applications of psilocybin, it seems like plants and their healing capabilities are taking center stage.

    But at what cost?

For those of us who see the world through the dance of minerals, the advent of these practices may have a less than benevolent future than what is being painted.

    ________

Today’s guest is my dear friend, Hamid Jabbar, who you may recognize from instagram as the Mineral Shaman, where he’s been sharing a wealth of information regrading the potential ramifications of working with entheogenic medicines without a firm understanding of minerals.

Hamid has spent the better part of his adult life exploring Eastern philosophical and practical systems of Western Medicine, Yoga, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Thai bodywork, Japanese energy work, Amazonian plant medicines, Sound, and other traditional healing methods - all of which contribute to the knowledge and perspective he brings to this conversation.

    In this episode we discuss:

Hamid’s health journey  The potential impact of multiple medicinal plants such as tobacco, marijuana, and cacao. How to support the body from a mineral level if one is planning on working with Plant Medicines Is iron the cause of “fearful” psychedelic experiences Why your body may actually be craving Cacao Sound Healing in support of anxiety And much more…
