In this inspiring podcast, I had the privilege of conversing with Bonny Morlak, an award-winning Start-Up Growth Coach and author of the empowering book "Happy Founders." Prepare to be moved by his raw honesty and profound insights as we dive deep into the pervasive issue of "toxic masculinity" that has dominated authority and leadership for decades, fostering friction and resistance.
Bonny passionately emphasises that suppressing emotions and shying away from vulnerability lie at the core of these "toxic" traits, leading to the erosion of meaningful connections and relationships.
His candid acknowledgment of his "white privilege" is a revelation in itself, with the tragic event of George Floyd's murder serving as the tipping point that compelled him to confront and unpack his own privilege.
Our discussion also delves into his personal journey, including the crash of his mental health and his triumphant battle to overcome it. Bonny opens up about how Depression is an ongoing challenge, emphasising the importance of learning to manage it for long-term well-being. I couldn’t agree more!
Today, Bonny stands in a place of strength and peace, coaching startups with consciousness and a powerful approach toward success.
Prepare yourself for an unfiltered, heart-to-heart conversation that is an absolute must-listen for everyone seeking authenticity, empowerment, and transformation. This podcast is not just honest; it's a powerhouse of inspiration. You can find Bonny at https://www.bonnymorlak.com/ and https://www.bonnymorlak.com/about-bonny-morlak-startup-coach

Wrapping up my last episode of tributing and celebrating the divine women that we are is with the wonderful Nikki Muller, a TV Presenter and Third Culture Advocate. We delve into the extraordinary world of Third Culture Kids (TCKs). In this episode, Nikki shared her captivating journey- a TCK who navigated the complexities of multiple cultures, countries, unspoken grief, finding solace in her tribe and embracing her superpowers.
As a TCK, Nikki confronted a unique set of challenges, forever oscillating between worlds, cultures, languages and homes. The constant state of flux often left her yearning for a sense of belonging—a place to call home. Through deep curiosity, researching and her healing journey, Nikki unraveled the intricate threads of her identity and discovering the “gold mine" that she’s been seating on all along.
The feeling of not belonging unfortunately happens pretty often in our human society and that feeling is totally valid until you realise that does not have to be your truth. Im absolutely entranced by how Nikki finally found her sense of belonging after decades of living and now empowering other TCKs to navigate their complex lives that is not spoken about enough.
Such an important subject to uncover! Thank you so much Nikki for the great insights and awareness I’ve gained. Join us as we delve deep into the world of TCKs and uncover the truth about these extraordinary individuals.
Get ready for an insightful and thought-provoking conversation that will redefine your perception of what it means to be a Third Culture Kid and beyond the privilege they are always known for.
You can find @nikki at www.nikki-muller.com and on LinkedIn and Facebook at Nikki Muller.

In this episode, I share tips on my growth game and how I cultivate core confidence through authenticity and vulnerability. Why even if we feel we are not enough, the more we should show up. From a very quiet and a traumatic child, I now coach leaders, ambitious people and running workshops for corporate companies including the top corporations on conscious leadership, managing stress and emotions. I was honoured to be awarded silver for best wellness coach globally last year.
As a recovering perfectionist, I realised how waiting to be enough had hold me back in so many ways and had affected my mental health bad. Through healing deeper, I leverage on my shame and vulnerability and turn them into strength. These pointers I share are what have been working for me. And I hope it will be for you too. Take what resonates 🤍 www.ryanayusoff.me

I’ve had the privilege to invite women who push boundaries from different backgrounds for my current series of 8 episodes for Own Your Breath Podcast. Celebrating everyone who recognises themselves as women. And of course, these episodes will be just as insightful for men. (I’ll be having a series by all men guests dedicated for men after this)
My special guest this episode is with Intuitive Consultant, Amanda Hart. She was a presenter for My Spirit Radio and a columnist for Soul & Spirit Magazine. Some of you might know her for her memoir, ‘The Guy Upstairs’ which was endorsed by key experts in the domestic violence in the US and UK or some of you might know her as one of the finalist of Britain’s Psychic Challenge on tv 🇬🇧
Either way, I had such a wonderful time with Amanda chatting about The Power Behind Vulnerability, Authenticity, Faith and Intuition. Amanda shared tips on how to harness your intuition and more.

A subject hardly spoken about, I’m so glad to have hypnotherapist, Candice Chaignat owning her breath with her journey. Very often being an expat’s trailing partner is seen as living the dream. We forgot the struggles of shifting your entire life to a new country, culture shock, language barriers, leaving your own job, family and friends, managing children whilst trying to keep the home together without much support is not an easy feat at all. Most importantly, all these lead to losing own identity. When one experiences these issues, it is known as trailing spouse syndrome. Candice shares openly of her story from the transition, to her decision to part and to finding herself again along the way. She is now thriving, raising her children with her ex-partner happily in Singapore. You can find her at https://linktr.ee/mindtology

Everyone grieves in different ways. In this episode, I spoke to Mia Sumiati on losing both her parents within 6 months. I came across Mia's post randomly on Instagram, paying tribute to her mother's 7 months and father's 7 days passing. The Drugs Don't Work by The Verve was the first line of her post with a picture of her parents in their younger days in black and white. I felt called to read her writings on the instagram carousel she made. It was so beautifully written with so much love, rawness and vulnerability that I knew, even in her sadness, this have to come from someone with courage and strength. She described briefly of her relationships with both her parents even the hard bit. And all of them came from acceptance, compassion and respect. I could tell right away that this is her choice of healing her grieving heart. Through owning up the light and darkness. Listen more to this beautiful journey of grieving. @iammiasumiati

From humble beginnings, Moses Simon didn’t do well in school however he put himself through private education and went on to become the head of marketing for the APAC region by 26 years old, for one of the biggest tech companies today.
He spent the next years being a high achiever, making up for his lack within himself. At the peak of his dream job, he lost it in 53 seconds. He fell very hard and lost his sanity, his money, his partner, friends and family. And most of all, his will to live. It was endless days of self victimising. Later on he broke his back and wasn’t able to walk.
That was when he decided he had enough and went on to take charge of his life. From broken back to a Calisthenics fanatic. Moses today is a marketing trainer and a life coach and the fittest he has ever been. Don’t miss this inspiring journey of self determination. @its_mosessimon
