    Despite getting older and several injuries, Alan never stopped exercising...just adapted to it. Alan still gets a sense of physical and mental wellness after each workout at his age. Alan learned not to feel guilty if he missed a workout or had a dip in fitness...he just re-approached fitness with new routines to refresh the experience.  Eat well! Great workouts with a poor diet don’t help with weight control or fitness.
