    For our final episode, we’re ending with rhythm and joy! This week Tinuke is joined by non-binary transfeminine dancer, director, producer and actor Shiva Raichandani to talk about dance and trans inclusion in sports and movement. 


    Shiva takes us through their journey and obstacles they have encountered and surpassed as a non-binary person of colour who just wants to dance within the entertainment industry.We learn about the influence of movement and dance for Shiva and how they have paved the way for other trans and non-binary Asians to continue this path.

    This week, Tinuke is joined by our special guest, yogini and Nike content creator: Mahaneela.  


    In this episode, Tinuke and Mahaneela speak on the importance of rest. Mahaneela starts by taking us through her journey with yoga, how it grew into a practice that keeps her grounded through her fast-paced career and how yoga is rooted in her culture. She gives us insights into how to get started, detailing movements, styles and practitioners that have inspired her and are paving the way to ethical practices of yoga without erasing its origins.

  • It’s Black History Month and for this week’s episode of MOVE OUT LOUD, we’re joined by athlete and Nike Athlete & Brand Ambassador, Alice Dearing: the first Black woman swimmer to represent Great Britain at the Olympic games. 


    Alice co-founded the Black Swimming Association in 2020, aiming to be the go to community group for Black and poc communities in Britain across all levels of skill.


    Tinuke and Alice dive deep into Alice’s progression in her career as a swimming athlete. We find out the challenges she’s faced, things she’s overcome and what she learnt about herself along the way.

  • We’re kicking off our third episode of MOVE OUT LOUD with our host Tinuke Oyediran talking to Dora Atim. Dora is a Nike running coach and founder of Ultra Black Running, a lockdown project that has evolved into a safe space that champions and empowers Black women and non-binary people in trail running. 


    We hear about Dora’s journey and the pivotal moments along the way; such as her first experiences of running, being taken to Switzerland with Nike, and dealing with having a stalker and not letting that stop her love for the sport.


    Tinuke and Dora chat about the power and liberation of movement within nature; the solidarity and comfort of running with her community; staying safe whilst running; dismantling the fears associated with starting your running journey and having fun with it!

    In episode 2, we understand the challenges young female football players face and how Debra uses her leadership skills to relate to kids of all genders during a pivotal time in their growth.

    We hear about Debra's journey into football and her personal development into leadership as a young athlete herself. She also talks us through how she uses the power of football to inspire and encourage girls, getting them active and enjoying themselves whilst creating positive relationships.

  • We're excited to announce our very first episode of MOVE OUT LOUD, powered by Nike.

    Our host Tinuke Oyediran will take you on a journey of self-discovery through sport and movement. 


    We jump into our first episode with body Inclusivity Champion and Dancer Trina Nicole. She is the founder of the UK’s first plus-size dance class; The Curve Catwalk. Trina uses her platform to amplify marginalised voices, championing diversity to bring about positive representation to young emerging dancers.


    In this episode, Tinuke & Trina take you through the trials and tribulations of being a plus-sized dancer. They dive into Trina’s progress through her career, how she started from adolescence and built trust in herself and her body after feeling her body betrayed her. We find out how she and Tinuke show up in the world as dancers and hear Trina’s advice to plus size dancers listening.
