In this episode, I share with you some ways to tell if the Beyond Supermom program is your right next step and whether it is or isn’t, I invite you to schedule a call with me so that you can get clear on what would be the next step in getting back to who you are beyond a supermom!

    TRANSRIPT:

The doors of the Beyond Supermom program are now open, and I would like to help you decide if taking this next step is right for you at this time. If this is the first you are hearing about the Beyond Supermom program, or you are on the fence about moving ahead with enrollment, then this episode is for you. If you're new to Moms Without Capes, I'm Onnie Michalsky, Therapist, Coach, and Recovering Supermom, and I'm here to help you hang up your own Supermom cape so that you can get back in touch with the woman who's been put on the back burner for way too long. This podcast is where you'll discover that your true superpowers shine when you stop trying to be Supermom.

Welcome to this episode of the Mom's Without Capes podcast. Let's first address what the Beyond Supermom program is about. This game-changing program will help you improve the relationship you have with yourself in order to transform the relationship you have with your partner. In this program, I help you reconnect with yourself by reprioritizing self-care and making space to do activities that bring you joy and restoration. By getting back in touch with who you are beyond your role as a mom allows you to show up differently which in turn changing the relationship you have with your partner

As you can imagine, Once you start making self-care and self-expression a regular part of your routine and rhythms, you begin to show up as your authentic and vibrant self inside your relationships.

You have been giving so much of your attention and care to all of those around you, making sure that everyone else is taken care of. But now it's time to show yourself the same love and compassion that you effortlessly give to others. With the  support, accountability, and guidance you receive inside the Beyond Supermom program,. You will completely transform how you are showing up in your relationship with your partner. I provide you with coaching, practical tools, and empowering mindset shifts to empower you to create a more fulfilling relationship with your partner by embracing who you are and by challenging the expectations that no longer serve you. With the Beyond Supermom program, you'll receive personalized guidance and support to find yourself under your mom hat. I will  equip you with specific strategies and techniques to help you navigate through the demands that keep you from feeling connected with your partner. I'm going to help you unlock a deeper, more connected partnership with your significant other.

So who exactly is this program for? The Beyond Supermom program was designed for the seasoned mom, meaning you're not new to motherhood. You've been here for a while, but you're feeling overwhelmed by all of the demands that are placed upon you. Perhaps you’re  feeling resentment towards your partner, feeling the imbalance as you are carrying the majority of the mental and physical load that comes with running a household and raising kids. You may be feeling lonely, feeling like you're not on the same page as your husband, which also may lead you to feeling  disconnected from your partner or maybe from your children, or from other loved ones in your life. If you are nodding your head yes, then the Beyond supermom program was made for you. If you are realizing that you can't actually do it all, but yet you can't figure out what balls to drop and  juggling them all has become too much, then you need to enroll in this program.

Attempting to do it all may be leaving you feeling very inadequate and like you can never catch up or measure up. If you find it challenging to fit in regular moments for yourself and struggle to  find time to do anything that makes you thrive or makes you feel alive, then the Beyond Supermom program is for you.

I’ve got news for you… Nobody  is going to tell you, you need to give yourself what you need. Nobody else is more responsible for your life or for your happiness than you are. You need to take your power back and invest in yourself to grow, to be happy, to get your needs met. As a mom, you need to show your children that you are worthy of prioritizing. You need to be willing to challenge those old beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you. This means that you need to get back in touch with who you are under that Supermom cape. /// This only happens when you spend time with yourself in self-reflection and engaging in activities that are going to help you grow into the best version of yourself. It doesn't mean that you have all the answers. It just means that you get curious about who you are beyond a mom.

Listen, I know that you're amazing. I know that you're awesome in and out of your mom hat. Your family knows that too but right now  they only know the part of you that is burnt out and tired from trying to do it all. I want to help you cultivate and grow and develop into the person that your family deserves for you to be. That YOU deserve to be. Not some supermom who thinks she has to do it all and be it all and do it all perfectly. I can  help you hang up your supermom cape and get back to who you are so that you can recognize yourself in the mirror, so that you can be proud of who you are, and so that you show up as your authentic self in your relationships. I invite you to schedule a call with me. When we connect, you will get clear around what is standing in your way and keeping you from getting the break you desperately need but refuse to take.

The link is in the show notes of today's episode, or you can go to momswithoutcapes.com/beyond to see what days and times I am available. Let's hop on a call and see why you are holding onto that cape of yours so tightly. Let's figure out if enrolling in the Beyond Supermom program is even right for you. If it's not, if that's not the step that's next for you, let's figure out what is. Again, momswithoutcapes.com/beyond. Let's do this.
