I like to go out of the normal interview and chat with someone who I grew up watching on tv and singing along with, I chat with Pastor Ken Blount. Better known as Nicodemus, from The Gospel Bill Show, which ran from the early 80's, into the 90's and was very successful and unique. We discuss his beginning in music and ministry. We talk about The Gospel Bill Show and the music he wrote and performed. He said that even as low key and innocent as his children's songs were, he still had Christians oppose it. I got his thoughts on bands like Stryper, during that time period. Please listen to this chat and maybe show your kids an old episode of The Gospel Bill Show. This was a true honor to have this conversation. The Gospel Bill Show was very important to me, growing up.

This is one of the deepest, open and honest conversations I've had with a guest. Jamie has a rich history in music and in life. He played on the first two Michael Sweet solo albums, he played on an album with The Brave and also filled in on drums, for Guardian (Miracle Mile album) We discuss those early days of playing, recording and touring. Then his life changes and alcohol is a constant in his life, that leads to jail time. He talks about that incident. He was engaged to Teri Polo, who played the female lead, in the Meet The Parents, movies. I asked what it's like to watch your significant other, on screen, having intimate scenes. He answered all my questions and is a true gentlemen. He discusses being free from alcohol and his current status.
